I kust wanted to thank you all for a great holiday. We are definitely planning to come back. Special thanks to Martina and Cristina who were both very helpful and the bar staff - also the two ladies who cleaned our room were amazing (203) - the hotel and pool were just what we were looking for. One small suggestion would be for the restaurant - I am not sure if that is a seperate venture from the hotel but if the chef could put one or two more traditional food options on we think you would get more guests eating at La Veranda. On the whole though really no complaints here!

Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile retrò dell'hotel. So che è stato un punto di discussione in altre recensioni, ma per me è molto stile "White Lotus". Abbiamo già consigliato lo Spiaggia D'Oro agli amici nel caso andassero in quella zona. Speriamo di tornarci anche noi!

I responsabili del servizio ristorazione sono competenti e soprattutto la Signora Marina gestisce il personale e il buffet della colazione in maniera eccellente. Complimenti anche al personale dei piani per la pulizia e la rapidità nel rassettare le camere. Piccolo bemolle sono i bicchieri di plastica nel bagno (presumo per questioni di igiene ma non adatti ad una struttura 4stelle). Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e la posizione dell’albergo a bordo lago è fantastica.

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett, besonders der Empfang. Auch der Herr, der uns mit den Fahrrädern geholfen hatte (der Sattel war in der Neigung verstellt) war ausgesprochen nett. Politesse et professionnalisme aux 2 charmantes dames qui s'occupent du petit déjeuner. Remerciement particulier à la Signorina, qui était présente le matin au petit déjeuner et le soir au restaurant le Dimanche 05 Avril. Elle s'exprime remarquablement bien en Français

Hallo Liebes Spiaggia D'Oro Team, meinem Mann und mir hat der Aufenthalt über Ostern bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr angenehm, die Umgebung mit den kleinen Hafen direkt am Wasser war sehr idyllisch mit italienischen Flair und weg vom Trubel. Die gesamte Anlage + Sonnenterrasse direkt am See vom Hotel lud zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt, ein sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse, das Personal immer höflich und zuvorkommend und die Sauberkeit perfekt! Was will man mehr, Sie haben dazu beigetragen, dass unser Kurzurlaub in sehr angenehmer Erinnerung bleibt und das wir gerne wiederkommen. Deshalb 10 Punkte! Liebe Grüße Fam. Ute und Bernd Stegemann

Die Gartengestaltung ist einmalig schön, so viel Liebe zum Detail, bis hin zu den wunderschönen 8 weissen, grossen Kerzenständern, sehr sehr schöne Gartenmöbel, tolle Sitzkissen , alles im Einsatz, viel Geschmack....., wunderbarer Pool, tolle Lage, Garten sehr gepflegt Ein Frühstücksbuffet - hervorragend, freundliches sehr nettes Personal
