Super personal (recepční) která je velmi komunikativní dibře mluví anglicky. Vyčkala našeho pozdního příjezdu. Maximálně ochotná. „Super personale, soprattutto la receptionist, molto comunicativa e con un ottimo inglese. Ha aspettato il nostro arrivo tardivo ed è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile. Consigliamo vivamente!“

Very kind and helpful personnel, in general. The rooms and the whole hotel were very nice and tidy. Wonderful with jacuzzy and swimming pool. Very nice hotel garden, with grass, trees and dragon. Good with the early brekfast bags, the days, when we had to departure extremely early (but had been nicer with the ordinary one...)

At first we got a room at the back and without balcony. When we asked we got a new room towards the pool and with balcony. We really appreciated this.

Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und wir haben viele Tipps für die Abendgestaltung erhalten. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da, waren aber auch gern länger geblieben.

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels ist sehr gut. Alles sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ausreichend sehr gut und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und das Reinigungspersonal freundlich. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, auch die Lage direkt am See.
