Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit bei Ihnen. Wir Hatten ein super süßes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon und einem schönen Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist richtig toll und bietet alles was man braucht. Das Personal war so nett und hat uns auch geholfen als es meiner Tochter nicht gut ging. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Was will man mehr? Es war alles rund um perfekt.

Il personale è stato gradevole, ci è stato consigliato anche un ristorante che abbiamo apprezzato non solo per la panoramica ma anche per la qualità del cibo. La struttura del Hotel è tranquilla è rilassante, ha dei ottimi prodotti per l'igiene personale a base di Limone è arance locali.

Die Doppelzimmer sind schön groß und geräumig! Man hat viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das ist auch im Bad positiv aufgefallen. Sehr schöne Pflegeprodukte. Besonders positiv sind auch die Fensterläden die die Sonne gut draußen gehalten haben. Insgesamt mag ich das Interieur im Hotel sehr gerne. Schöne Außenanlage.

Buon albergo "storico", in posizione molto comoda e con un bel giardino. La sig.ra alla reception - purtroppo non ne ricordo il nome, chiedo scusa...E' la sig.ra di origini, credo, asiatiche - è davvero squisita: è bello avere a che fare con persone sempre gentili e sorridenti! Ottima e completa la colazione, anche se i prodotti gluten free per mia figlia erano confezionati (un plauso anche alla signora che si occupa della colazione, molto disponibile ed attenta). La struttura dell'albergo presenta qualche piccolo particolare che può essere migliorato (porta della camera, piscina bella ma un pochino da rinnovare) ma nel complesso lo consiglio assolutamente per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. We truly loved everything about this beautiful hotel, especially its charming antique style, which made our stay feel so warm, elegant, and unique. Our room was always spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more relaxing during the warm weather. What made our holiday truly special was the amazing staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, kind, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. A very special thank you to the lovely **Angela**, who helped us with such kindness and care throughout our stay. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and we are so grateful for her wholehearted hospitality. We would also like to sincerely thank the kind lady who generously moved her own car so that we could have a parking space. Such a thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. Thank you as well to all the wonderful staff at Hotel Maderno—you made us feel like part of the family. The location is excellent. There are many lovely restaurants and shops within walking distance, and an electric vehicle charging station is conveniently nearby. The hotel is also close to the ferry terminal for visiting the breathtaking **Madonna della Corona**, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. We also found it easy to travel to Milan and other beautiful places. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and it was the perfect way to start each day. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Our holiday was made even more memorable because of the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality we experienced at Hotel Maderno. We left with beautiful memories and happy hearts. We will definitely come back again, and next time we will bring our friends and family with us because this lovely hotel truly deserves to be recommended. The Young assisting girl in the white T-shirt who was at the reception when we arrived was far better att service and english than the girl who was called ”manager”. Change the place on these two and you will have an excelent approach to costumers on arrival. Question is if the very very thin girl is really feeling well? She might need extra care and less pressure.

Complimenti a tutto lo staff, in particolare al manager: si vede chiaramente che tiene molto a far sì che tutto proceda nel migliore dei modi e che gli ospiti si sentano accolti. Ho apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza delle signore che si occupano della colazione: nonostante fossimo arrivati un po’ tardi, ci hanno comunque permesso di prendere qualcosa da mangiare senza metterci fretta, con grande cortesia. Vorrei inoltre aggiungere che ho trovato davvero ottimo il prodotto per i capelli, in particolare il balsamo/conditioner: lasciava i capelli molto morbidi e ben nutriti. Se fosse possibile, mi piacerebbe sapere la marca del prodotto, perché mi è piaciuto molto.
