The reception staff were welcoming and helpful on arrival, and helpful in ordering a taxi when we left. The staff at breakfast were very welcoming and helpful. They were working very hard to offer a good range of hot drinks, to replace items on the buffet and to clear the tables promptly for new guests.

Every part of our stay was wonderful. One of our party had an injury and needed a wheelchair during our stay and the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfectly sized for our group of 3. My mother and her friend had a separate room for 2 with a courtyard that was also lovely. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace - great space, the waitstaff were very prompt and courteous, and we enjoyed the snacks as well as drinks! The front desk staff was also amazing - helping with the wheelchair and taxis, dinner recommendations, etc. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Bologna!
