We stayed at numerous 4-Star hotels during our recent travels in Italy, and your breakfast was far and away the best we encountered. The fresh fruit, the pastries and the fact that it varied a bit from one day to the next made for a very enjoyable experience. Also, the ladies working the breakfast area were all gracious and attentive, taking great care to ensure offerings were restocked and presentation was spot-on - all very well executed.

We were very happy with the roof top bar, as we were tired from our travels and thought we’d pop up for a drink. We were served fresh and delicious complimentary snacks in a lovely setting. We had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast hours began, but Anita arranged for us to be let in and have some breakfast before it officially opened. The breakfast was exceptional. Anita also called a taxi for us and was very gracious and helpful.

Due to my husband’s health we had a few requests. All of them were satisfied, they even provided a dedicated refrigerator for his because the one in the room would them off when you removed the key. We requested a tub, for him to be able to soak his legs, and not did they deliver. He absolutely loved having one especially one with jets! These two accommodations provided us with a level of comfort and ease we didn’t feel elsewhere. The staff was very helpful and even expressed concern at times. Seemed an odd thing to comment on, but the bathroom doors close so gently and quietly when someone gets up in the evening. This is all because the latch only appears when the door is closed (it’s magnetic!). This allowed us deep sleep, especially combined with the solid windows.

All the staff that we came into contact were very good. We were looked after exceptionally well from the moment we arrived. In fact, there was a problem with my payment card in the few days before we arrived and this was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you to all involved.

The morning we left, the person at the front desk arranged for a taxi to pick us up VERY early. (3:45 am) It was very kind of him to stand in the alley and watch to make sure we got in the car that was picking us up at the end of the alley. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so wonderful. The server Julian (might have his name wrong) on the 5th floor lounge was amazing for our group and made everyone feel very welcome. When we made the reservation, we stated that there were three adults and two children (aged 2 and 4). Upon arrival, we were told we would need two rooms. However, the room we were given was actually spacious enough for all of us. It would have been fine if it were just an average room, but after some discussion, they spoke to the manager, who gave the green light for us all to stay together. If there are occupancy limits, they should be specified at the time of booking. That way, tourists don't find themselves having to pay for an unplanned extra room—or, even worse, facing a situation where someone has nowhere to sleep. Thank you very much for your flexibility at your beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect.

Every part of our stay was wonderful. One of our party had an injury and needed a wheelchair during our stay and the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfectly sized for our group of 3. My mother and her friend had a separate room for 2 with a courtyard that was also lovely. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace - great space, the waitstaff were very prompt and courteous, and we enjoyed the snacks as well as drinks! The front desk staff was also amazing - helping with the wheelchair and taxis, dinner recommendations, etc. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Bologna!
