Every part of our stay was wonderful. One of our party had an injury and needed a wheelchair during our stay and the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfectly sized for our group of 3. My mother and her friend had a separate room for 2 with a courtyard that was also lovely. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace - great space, the waitstaff were very prompt and courteous, and we enjoyed the snacks as well as drinks! The front desk staff was also amazing - helping with the wheelchair and taxis, dinner recommendations, etc. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Bologna!
