We would like to thank all the staff at Hotel Garden for making our holiday so enjoyable. Every member of the team was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The free bike hire was amazing and helped us explore Bardolino and Lazise on our first day. We especially loved the pool area, which was peaceful, spacious, and never crowded, with plenty of sun loungers available throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool was lovely with plenty sun beds surrounding the pool. The bedroom was slightly dated but everything was very clean with lovely white bed linen and amazing white fluffy towels The service at breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay by three nights due to a death in the family. The team assisted with the changes to our and altered our taxi to the airport. It was one less worry for us. As usual all the staff where helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay. I also appreciated that they also put up with my attempts at Italian. (I am taking more classes). A very well managed hotel. All staff professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with superb views. The gardens, pool area and gym were well kept and a lovely place to relax and enjoy. The position of the hotel provided easy access to Garda town, ferry terminal and the bus station. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will return.

The staff at the hotel could not be more helpful. There was a definite family feel about the place on arrival and during our stay with nothing being a problem. We were made very welcome from the start of our holiday until the end. A very warm Thank you to all the staff who helped made our stay special. The homemade burger at lunch was the best I've experienced in a long time. The breakfast was varied enough with a choice of eggs most ways ( a sausage would be a good addition).

We very much appreciate the personal touch, the humour and the efficiency of serving.
