Unfortunately we had to cut our stay by three nights due to a death in the family. The team assisted with the changes to our and altered our taxi to the airport. It was one less worry for us. As usual all the staff where helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay. I also appreciated that they also put up with my attempts at Italian. (I am taking more classes). The staff at the hotel could not be more helpful. There was a definite family feel about the place on arrival and during our stay with nothing being a problem. We were made very welcome from the start of our holiday until the end. A very warm Thank you to all the staff who helped made our stay special. The homemade burger at lunch was the best I've experienced in a long time. The breakfast was varied enough with a choice of eggs most ways ( a sausage would be a good addition).
