The staff at the hotel is wonderful—professional, friendly, and warm. Carolina (and everyone I met during my one week stay) was very helpful. I very much enjoyed my stay, will come again, and will recommend to others.

We flew in early from the US and asked if possible they could have room ready. The accompanied my request and it was so wonderful . After long flight it was great to have the room ready to freshen up and relax
