Reception staff very helpful and friendly (but often under pressure because of busy check-in/check-out activities). Housekeeping services in the room excellent, and to a very high standard. Facility to store luggage after check-out is very helpful for travellers not leaving Rome until late on the day of departure.

You were all so welcoming! The portuguese man on reception was amazing! He greeted us every time we came home late and made conversation with us, he was also amazing in calling us a taxi for our airport journey back home. Not just him though, everyone was extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure our visit was smooth and relaxing.

Staff were so helpful, getting taxis, answering questions. Really friendly. Breakfast was ok, staff were very polite and friendly, but two days had to wait for fresh eggs, bacon, bread to be replenished. Would recommend the hotel, the location is perfect.

My sisters and I really appreciated Jacko. We asked for bed to be split into single beds and they said maybe tomorrow. Jacko was close by and said he could bring a single bed in and he did. Jacko seen we came back for a second stay on our way out of Rome and we didn’t even ask him or management and he asked or did it himself and split the large bed into two singles again for both of us. He was a very kind and sweet man. He also recommended our favourite restaurant in Rome. You need more staff like that that go above and beyond their jobs to please the customers. We would stay there again because of Jacko the bell boy.

Estamos muy contentos con el trato recibido por parte de recepcion ya que no sabiendo el idioma se hace mas difícil y en todo momento supieron responder cualquier duda que tuvieramos, asi que muy atentos y agradables al igual que el personal en el desayuno que estavan pendientes de cualquier necesidad y en general todos los empleados muy educados y atentos.

Very friendly and welcoming reception staff - helpful when asking for assistance to book a taxi to airport. Just for future guests we were told the taxi to the airport would be 55 Euros but the taxi driver charged us 65 Euros upon arrival at the airport.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Nice breakfast every morning with a good selection of foods too.
