Nos atendio de manera excelente y con una sonrisa en la cara simpre, lo cual es muy de agradecer. Es un lujo que la tengan en el hotel y una autentica joya. Todo lo que le paguen es poco y creo que deberían subirla el sueldo. Eramos una familia española, y ella hablaba bastante bien español, lo cual nos fue muy util. Asi que en resumen, nuestro agradecimiento especial es para ella. Gracias! Il mio ringraziamento va in particolare (e anche da parte della mia famiglia) alla receptionist che ci ha accolto. Se non ricordo male si chiamava Roberta, ed è stata assolutamente incantevole e gentile. Ci ha assistito in modo eccellente e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra, il che è davvero da apprezzare. È un lusso averla in hotel e una vera gemma. Qualsiasi cifra le paghiate è poco e penso che dovreste aumentarle lo stipendio. Eravamo una famiglia spagnola e lei parlava abbastanza bene lo spagnolo, il che ci è stato utilissimo. Quindi, in sintesi, il nostro ringraziamento speciale va a lei. Grazie!

The front house and staff were all very respectful and offered assistance all the time. Just feet the facility needed upgrade like bedroom variety were dirty and water inside the shower was blocked and took time time escape. This didn’t feel hygienic at all.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons appris que notre réservation faite par notre agente de voyage avait été annulée. Nous venions d'atterir d'un vol de Montréal et nous étions épuisés. Après le taxi, la réception de l'hôtel était nos premiers contacts avec Rome. Aira, la réceptionniste du Trevi Collection, et sa collègue dont j'oublie le nom, a vite compris notre détresse (amplifiée par la fatigue du vol). Elle a fait quelques appels et nous a trouvé 2 chambres dans un autre hôtel Trevi, près de la fontaine. L'accueil de son collègue à l'autre hôtel a aussi été très apprécié. Il était bien au fait de la situation et nous a rapidement rassuré que tout était en place pour nous accueillir. Bravo à toute l'équipe de Trevi!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. We liked the cafe next door. Akash was very helpful and I had the best cup of tea. Our room was dark, we had to find a socket in which the kettle worked. There was no TV remote, we did ask but it didn’t come. The bathroom is a good size and well equipped. No issue with cleanliness but the toilet is in an odd position. The hotel is well situated.

Hola. Solko estuvimos con un DAY USE pues llegados a Roma nuestro vuelo hacia Argentina salía 22,30 hs Por eso no tomamos desayuno. Nuestro agradecimiento al Personal de Recepción que nos ayudó a gestionar la reserva del Day Use y también al personal de Maleteros , que subió y bajó nuestro equipaje a la habitación al llegar y hasta el taxi al salir. Todos mostraron apego a nuestro lema : ¿ Como te puedo ayudar ? y nada de la acitud : " No es mi problema " - Nuevamente .. gracias a todos !

You were all so welcoming! The portuguese man on reception was amazing! He greeted us every time we came home late and made conversation with us, he was also amazing in calling us a taxi for our airport journey back home. My sisters and I really appreciated Jacko. We asked for bed to be split into single beds and they said maybe tomorrow. Jacko was close by and said he could bring a single bed in and he did. Jacko seen we came back for a second stay on our way out of Rome and we didn’t even ask him or management and he asked or did it himself and split the large bed into two singles again for both of us. He was a very kind and sweet man. He also recommended our favourite restaurant in Rome. You need more staff like that that go above and beyond their jobs to please the customers. We would stay there again because of Jacko the bell boy.
