Dear Ginevra team, thank you! The service was extremely attentive and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the city. And the style of the property is lovely. We would definitely stay with you again and will happily recommend you to others! If I may add suggestions for improvement, there would be two: 1) the room was very spacious, but could benefit from some more cozy feeling by re-considering the furnishing/set-up; 2) the breakfast was very good with tasty croissants and freshly baked cake; I also was offered natural yoghurt and fruit salad, when mentioning a “healthy” option. While this was absolutely sufficient on that hot weekend, I would have appreciated some information about any options for eggs or porridge; I suppose I could have asked for information, but it would be nice to have a menu of options on the table, or if the very charming staff would introduce the guests to all the options at the outset.
