We really appreciated having our room prepared at breakfast time on the day of the concert, leaving us free to make our plans. Thanks to Erika for organising this, and to room service staff for a very efficient service, not only on the concert day, but every day we were there. We were so pleased with the parking spot, it felt like the best in the hotel for ease of getting in/out. Thanks to Micardi for help with the luggage and parking advice on arrival (reversing into the spot was easier than driving in forwards and reversing out, we found).

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and the location excellent, only a 9 minute walk to the walled town of San Gimignano. The pool area is perfect, the smell in the air of the common areas was incredible, the cleaning staff always did a great job, the wait staff in the restaurant was always kind and helpful as was the front desk personnel. The hotel was so beautiful! We loved our time there, until nighttime when we couldn’t watch tv. The water temperature in the shower could be warmer.
