Our stay, for the second year in a row, at VF was excellent. Rooms are fabulous, views are glorious, location perfect and the pool area is what makes it amazing. The staff, especially those at breakfast are really great. It was also good to be able to book the beach (La Pigna) via the hotel which made it all very easy. See you next year VF!

Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay at your hotel. We stay for 4 nights for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The breakfast was exquisite and the staff were just fantastic. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and fantastic views. €6 for a Coke Zero round the pool is pretty pricy but overall we have no faults we absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

I want to give special thank you shout out to Karina, at the front desk. We stayed at your hotel while visiting town for a friends black tie wedding. When I took my gown out of the garment bag and put it on, my zipper completely broke. Karina SAVED me when I called down to reception and explained my crisis. She sprung into action and got several sewing kits and sewed the side of the dress in place of the zipper (from my hip to my bust). Without her quick thinking and savvy handwork, I would have missed the wedding! She is a lifesaver and I truly cannot thank her enough for her willingness to make the impossible happen. Staff like Karina is what sets your property apart. I cannot thank her enough for her determination and perservence. She is a gem!

Our stay was incredible!! The hotel is stunning, beautiful and absolutely spotless. What made our experience unforgettable were the staff. All of them were so warm and friendly but a special mention has to go to the staff at the pool bar, especially Damiano and Salvatore, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. An exceptional hotel in every way! All staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was excellent as was the service. Loved the extra touches of complimentary water, bar fridge drinks and biscuit left on evening turn down service. Sets you apart from other hotels. If we ever return to Sicily then we would rebook without hesitation but live in Australia so maybe a while until we come back. I will recommend to friends and family both in Australia and the UK.

I didn’t quite get the name of the lady working on Monday 6 July at reception in the morning/early afternoon but she went above and beyond to help us and gave us lots of options for when our flight got cancelled that day. She was super informative and supportive the entire time, if it wasn’t for her then I don’t know what we would have ended up doing as she helped us find a good quote for a good car rental to drive to Palermo. The breakfast staff were also always really lovely and provided excellent service at all times - cannot fault any of them. It’s certainly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in so thank you so so much to Villa Fiorita for making our honeymoon so special and memorable. It’s the first hotel we’ve ever stayed at that made us want to stay there again! Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, incredible location. And thank you for our complimentary bottle of wine in our room! The new biscuits each day when the rooms were cleaned was a lovely touch!

Our stay was the first of 4 hotels in our European excursion, and in my opinion, set the bar so high. Your facility was amazing, proximity to the goings on was perfect, and staff, unbelievable. they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, including making our annoying iced coffees, and the joy they brought each day made our days all the better. Your breakfast staff should teach a course on how to treat guests as interacting with them was often the high point of each day. Pool staff, amazing, front desk staff amazing. Our room was outstanding, and it was tidied and restocked beautifully twice a day. The food is incredible and the staff made it so memorable, relaxing, and fun. She took special care to get to know us, make us laugh, provide recommendations, help us practice our Italian, and ensure we had the best time possible - we will remember her forever. Your hotel is a real gem. It was situated nicely, easy to walk to most restaurants, shops and historical sites. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Service was excellent and the breakfast had just about anything a person could want to eat. The pool was amazing with pool service, an infinity pool, and breath taking views. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Oh and it had a bit of historical buildings in the outdoor space.

Their service and attention to detail, including where we had sat and what we had drank in previous days, was exceptional. She is an asset to your property and a truly wonderful hospitality professional. Similarly, both of the male bar staff are excellent. The snacks provided with drinks really add to the experience.
