I didn’t quite get the name of the lady working on Monday 6 July at reception in the morning/early afternoon but she went above and beyond to help us and gave us lots of options for when our flight got cancelled that day. She was super informative and supportive the entire time, if it wasn’t for her then I don’t know what we would have ended up doing as she helped us find a good quote for a good car rental to drive to Palermo. The breakfast staff were also always really lovely and provided excellent service at all times - cannot fault any of them. It’s certainly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in so thank you so so much to Villa Fiorita for making our honeymoon so special and memorable. It’s the first hotel we’ve ever stayed at that made us want to stay there again! Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, incredible location. And thank you for our complimentary bottle of wine in our room! The new biscuits each day when the rooms were cleaned was a lovely touch!

Our stay was the first of 4 hotels in our European excursion, and in my opinion, set the bar so high. Your facility was amazing, proximity to the goings on was perfect, and staff, unbelievable. they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, including making our annoying iced coffees, and the joy they brought each day made our days all the better. Your breakfast staff should teach a course on how to treat guests as interacting with them was often the high point of each day. Pool staff, amazing, front desk staff amazing. Overall, you made Taormina my favorite part of Italy. 10/10 would stay again and already have recommended it to others. Thank you for all you did for us!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience and loved every moment of our time there. Every encounter with the staff was special, and we were treated like family. Our room was outstanding, and it was tidied and restocked beautifully twice a day. The food is incredible and the staff made it so memorable, relaxing, and fun. Special mention for Marija who constantly went above and beyond. She took special care to get to know us, make us laugh, provide recommendations, help us practice our Italian, and ensure we had the best time possible - we will remember her forever. The pool area is phenomenal. The location is perfect. We don’t often return to the same hotel because we like to try new things, but we would return 100 more times and will recommended Villa Fiorita to everyone we know. Thank you for everything. Our stay at Villa Fiorita was excellent. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the people that we interacted with but the staff was very friendly and professional. The woman that works in the restaurant and interacted with us daily was exceptional. The front desk staff, particularly the afternoon/night staff was also very helpful.

Such a beautiful place, in a very relaxing setting. We only stayed one night, as we were traveling between cities. But I would have loved to have been there longer, and explored your walking paths and the grounds in general. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner and service were both excellent.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay after an unfortunate accident in Sorrento where I fractured my foot. I was in a boot and using crutches. They not only helped us find a wheelchair, they went and picked it up, stored it, AND returned it for us!!

Your hotel is a real gem. It was situated nicely, easy to walk to most restaurants, shops and historical sites. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Service was excellent and the breakfast had just about anything a person could want to eat. The pool was amazing with pool service, an infinity pool, and breath taking views. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Oh and it had a bit of historical buildings in the outdoor space.

Myself and my boyfriend want to specifically compliment Marija and her male colleague who work at breakfast and lunch. Their service and attention to detail, including where we had sat and what we had drank in previous days, was exceptional. She is an asset to your property and a truly wonderful hospitality professional. Similarly, both of the male bar staff are excellent. The snacks provided with drinks really add to the experience. More generally, while we didn’t encounter anyone from the kitchen personally, we want to compliment them on the excellent quality of their cooking.
