Every single member of staff who we met during our stay was so friendly, professional and welcoming, and we would like to thank each one for making our stay so enjoyable. This includes the reception, housekeeping, pool bar and porters. But we’d like to extend special thanks to Marija who gave us such exceptional service every morning at breakfast. She was so helpful and warm with us (and all guests) and it was really a pleasure to see her every morning. 2 of the days in your very nice Hotel we had a wouderfull lady taking care about us for all the meals we had, breaclfast and diner. Very friendly and caring. Unfortunately we dont know her name, but she made a big difference for us. Interior design and the pool are exceptional! We valued very much, that you included all small things like water, minibar, cafe, tea in the room. Everything and everybody was very attentative. Well done!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience and loved every moment of our time there. Every encounter with the staff was special, and we were treated like family. Our room was outstanding, and it was tidied and restocked beautifully twice a day. The food is incredible and the staff made it so memorable, relaxing, and fun. Special mention for Marija who constantly went above and beyond. She took special care to get to know us, make us laugh, provide recommendations, help us practice our Italian, and ensure we had the best time possible - we will remember her forever. The pool area is phenomenal. The location is perfect. We don’t often return to the same hotel because we like to try new things, but we would return 100 more times and will recommended Villa Fiorita to everyone we know. Thank you for everything. Such a beautiful place, in a very relaxing setting. We only stayed one night, as we were traveling between cities. But I would have loved to have been there longer, and explored your walking paths and the grounds in general. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner and service were both excellent.

The woman that works in the restaurant and interacted with us daily was exceptional. The front desk staff, particularly the afternoon/night staff was also very helpful.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay after an unfortunate accident in Sorrento where I fractured my foot. I was in a boot and using crutches. They not only helped us find a wheelchair, they went and picked it up, stored it, AND returned it for us!!

The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. Facilities were clean. Our room was roomy and nice. We appreciated the free items in the room refrigerator Location was great, not being inside the busy main street area, but so close you can walk to the main street, beach, castle.

Your hotel is a real gem. It was situated nicely, easy to walk to most restaurants, shops and historical sites. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Service was excellent and the breakfast had just about anything a person could want to eat. The pool was amazing with pool service, an infinity pool, and breath taking views. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Oh and it had a bit of historical buildings in the outdoor space.

Het ontbijten op het overdekt terras was een topervaring, jullie zwembad met alle faciliteiten (leuke bar) & prachtig view waren fantastisch. Een topligging, met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel (oa de mevrouw die het ontbijt hoste). Dankjewel om ons 3 dagen zo hard te mogen laten genieten! (ook topligging, heerlijk centraal). Myself and my boyfriend want to specifically compliment Marija and her male colleague who work at breakfast and lunch. Their service and attention to detail, including where we had sat and what we had drank in previous days, was exceptional. She is an asset to your property and a truly wonderful hospitality professional. Similarly, both of the male bar staff are excellent. The snacks provided with drinks really add to the experience. More generally, while we didn’t encounter anyone from the kitchen personally, we want to compliment them on the excellent quality of their cooking.
