We verbleven vorige week 3 dagen bij u en we zijn van begin tot einde laaiend enthousiast! Jullie prachtig hotel, alles klopte gewoon. Het ontbijten op het overdekt terras was een topervaring, jullie zwembad met alle faciliteiten (leuke bar) & prachtig view waren fantastisch. Een topligging, met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel (oa de mevrouw die het ontbijt hoste). Dankjewel om ons 3 dagen zo hard te mogen laten genieten! (ook topligging, heerlijk centraal). Myself and my boyfriend want to specifically compliment Marija and her male colleague who work at breakfast and lunch. Their service and attention to detail, including where we had sat and what we had drank in previous days, was exceptional. She is an asset to your property and a truly wonderful hospitality professional. Similarly, both of the male bar staff are excellent. The snacks provided with drinks really add to the experience. More generally, while we didn’t encounter anyone from the kitchen personally, we want to compliment them on the excellent quality of their cooking.

Great check in at midnight, with lots of advice. Breakfast was wonderful. Selection and Prosecco for my birthday, plus a little cake. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to converse in English. Thank you for a great stay. Unlikely we will return sadly.

I am very much satisfied with the stay at Villa Fiorita and is already looking forward to my next stay with you. A special thanks to the house keepers, bar managers, receptionists, managers (don’t remember their names but everyone who worked there during our stay made our stay unforgettable).
