Compliments to the Concierge staff! Fabio Atzori was very helpful with suggestions and arrangements for a taxi pickup in Milan, restaurant reservations, and arranging a boat tour of Lake Como. Fabiola Pettina helped us with shopping suggestions. Our server at breakfast was a charming woman who warmly greeted us each day and remembered what we liked. Unfortunately I lost the paper with her name on it. Congratulations and thank you for opening a beautiful hotel in Bellagio!

There was a wonderful women at the front desk in the morning that was extremely helpful. I forgot my computer cord and she was always willing to help charge it. Tonya and another female server were amazing in the restaurant. The male servers aren’t as attentive and didn’t care to take advice from the female servers that knew what they were doing. Regardless - the female services made sure we were happy. Very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope everything remains the same and you keep the charming feel of the hotel.

An INCREDIBLE stay at your hotel. The entire staff was 10/10! I was initially at a different hotel in Bellagio that was TERRIBLE and was instantly rescued by Adam via message. Fabiola arranged for car service pick up and upon arrival greeted me with the largest smile and huge beautiful blue eyes! Paloma was so kind and sweet in making sure that everything was set up in my room and explained in detail everything. Tanya and Lorenzo in the restaurant went over and beyond to make sure everything I ate at rhe restaurant was 20/10! The kindness and attention to all my needs made the EXPERIENCE of my vacation as well as my stay restful, peaceful and worth every single penny! There was also a gentleman (can’t recall his name - bald man with a beard in concierge) who came to my room personally to fix a television issue. Again, the staff really CARES about EVERY SINGLE GUEST! Adam told me in an email “consider yourself in our care from here on out” and care they ALL did! I felt extremely safe and again fully rested and my experience on Bellagio and Lake Como I will NEVER forget and Palazzo Genazzini contributed to that experience. I will 1 million percent stay here again and have suggested to my friends and family to stay here as well. A dream location as well. Incredibly Close to EVERYTHING!!!!! I also had a view of the lake from my room - DREAMY! Gratzie Mille Palazzzo Genazzini!!!!

The gentleman at the main desk was very organized and helpful. The two female concierges were so helpful as well. Tanya the server was a font of local code n formation. She even knew the fish and local wildlife. Staff was so gracious right down to the housekeepers.

I just stayed for one night but I really enjoyed it. I noticed a lot of attention to details, starting with the welcome card in the room and ending with fresh water and some cookies inside the car.

Outstanding General Manager, Andrea is everywhere, on track with everything. Huge bravo to the team who found him! Getting a place like this that just opened fully on its feet is very challenging and from what we could see, he’s admirable.

If we could give Palazzo Genazzini 11 STARS, we absolutely would! Our stay here was, without question, the highlight of our entire summer trip. The hotel had reopened less than a month before our arrival after a 3 year renovation and no detail was overlooked. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. At the front desk, Alizée gave us a warm welcome, personally escorted us to our room, and took the time to show us all of its many features and amenities. It immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. In the restaurant, Jessica and Lorenzo made breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to. They quickly learned our preferences, the food was consistently delicious. The concierge team, Fabio and Fabiola, were incredible. They helped us navigate logistics throughout our stay and were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations, making everything effortless. Finally, we can’t say enough about Valentina, the Front of House Manager. She was genuinely warm and always eager to help in any way she could and the thoughtful thank you gift she presented us at checkout was the perfect finishing touch. Palazzo Genazzini has set a new standard for luxury hospitality. Beautiful accommodations are one thing, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable and this team exceeded every expectation. We cannot wait to return.
