The concierge (young woman) who was working on Wednesday September 2nd was FANTASTIC! She booked us a tour on the lake along with a visit of Villa del Bablianello as well as lunch in Nesso. She also took care of wine for us for the trip (which was on Thursday September 3rd) and then was there on Thursday to ensure we got on our way OK. She was GREAT!

The concierge "Fabiola" was fantastic and helped us with so many questions, arranging a boat tour, and generally being very helpful. She is delightful and a true professional and an asset to your hotel! Also the front desk Mr Micol (I don't know how to spell his name) but he is also a great help and asset! Overall we LOVED our stay there especially the room and the staff! Also, and I don't know her name but she is a petit south asian woman at breakfast was wonderful. Happy and helpful and very much another asset. The breakfasts were wonderful too!

Everything was fantastic. We came from albavilla and this hotel was the complete opposite of what we had previously experienced. We walked in to a beautiful, clean, bright welcoming hotel and were greeted with smiles and energy. Check in was easy and seamless and our room was ready 3 hours early despite it being peak season. We were taken to the bar while the staff dealt with our luggage and given a refreshing welcome drink to ease the heat. The room was fantastic, spacious and had a lovely view. Minibar drinks and snacks included is always a plus and my wife was over the moon with the in bathroom Dyson. The restaurant for lunch was perfect and was matched with a fantastic view. Every staff member had a smile and greeted us like we’d been a regular. I couldn’t praise them enough. My only regret is not getting their names to give them a shout out! From the restaurant, to the bar, to the concierge, check in staff, bag staff, everyone was 11/10!

From the moment we arrived at Palazzo Genazzini, we knew our stay in Bellagio would be something special. The staff didn't just provide great service — they went far above and beyond at every turn, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Their attention to detail was immaculate, and somehow they managed to make a grand palazzo feel like home. The rooms are simply stunning. Every morning we stepped onto our balcony to a breathtaking, postcard-perfect view of Lake Como — the kind of view you dream about but rarely get to wake up to. It never got old. The hotel's restaurant deserves its own five stars. Breakfast and dinner overlooking the water was the highlight of every day — incredible food paired with an unbeatable setting. We found ourselves lingering long after our meals just to soak it all in. Honestly, we were shocked at the value. For everything we received — the service, the setting, the rooms, the dining — it was worth every euro and then some. This was a five-star experience in every sense of the word. We can't wait to return, and we can't recommend Palazzo Genazzini highly enough. If you're headed to Bellagio, don't stay anywhere else.

Fabiola Pettina helped us with shopping suggestions. Our server at breakfast was a charming woman who warmly greeted us each day and remembered what we liked. There was a wonderful women at the front desk in the morning that was extremely helpful. I forgot my computer cord and she was always willing to help charge it. Tonya and another female server were amazing in the restaurant. The male servers aren’t as attentive and didn’t care to take advice from the female servers that knew what they were doing. Regardless - the female services made sure we were happy. Very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope everything remains the same and you keep the charming feel of the hotel.

An INCREDIBLE stay at your hotel. The entire staff was 10/10! I was initially at a different hotel in Bellagio that was TERRIBLE and was instantly rescued by Adam via message. Fabiola arranged for car service pick up and upon arrival greeted me with the largest smile and huge beautiful blue eyes! Paloma was so kind and sweet in making sure that everything was set up in my room and explained in detail everything. Tanya and Lorenzo in the restaurant went over and beyond to make sure everything I ate at rhe restaurant was 20/10! The kindness and attention to all my needs made the EXPERIENCE of my vacation as well as my stay restful, peaceful and worth every single penny! There was also a gentleman (can’t recall his name - bald man with a beard in concierge) who came to my room personally to fix a television issue. Again, the staff really CARES about EVERY SINGLE GUEST! Adam told me in an email “consider yourself in our care from here on out” and care they ALL did! I felt extremely safe and again fully rested and my experience on Bellagio and Lake Como I will NEVER forget and Palazzo Genazzini contributed to that experience. I will 1 million percent stay here again and have suggested to my friends and family to stay here as well. A dream location as well. Incredibly Close to EVERYTHING!!!!! If we could give Palazzo Genazzini 11 STARS, we absolutely would! Our stay here was, without question, the highlight of our entire summer trip. The hotel had reopened less than a month before our arrival after a 3 year renovation and no detail was overlooked. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. At the front desk, Alizée gave us a warm welcome, personally escorted us to our room, and took the time to show us all of its many features and amenities. It immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. In the restaurant, Jessica and Lorenzo made breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to. They quickly learned our preferences, the food was consistently delicious. The concierge team, Fabio and Fabiola, were incredible. They helped us navigate logistics throughout our stay and were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations, making everything effortless. Finally, we can’t say enough about Valentina, the Front of House Manager. She was genuinely warm and always eager to help in any way she could and the thoughtful thank you gift she presented us at checkout was the perfect finishing touch. Palazzo Genazzini has set a new standard for luxury hospitality. Beautiful accommodations are one thing, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable and this team exceeded every expectation. We cannot wait to return.
