We very much enjoyed the accommodation of the entire staff during our visit. We also very much appreciated the renovations at your hotel - you have made many nice touches to the property. The team did a great job and was very accomidating. There was a little confusion, we asked if breakfast was included and were told no then we found out on the 2nd day that it was included, but we were on our way out to travel back home and the staff packed us a boxed breakfast which was great. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel. We will be back.

2026-10-07

Jessica is an excellent server. Your concierge, Fabio, was very helpful. Both helped to make our stay wonderful.

2026-10-06

Our short stay was outstanding starting with your wonderful hotel sending out a driver to help us navigate the pedestrian quarter with our large van. We had 3 wonderful rooms and enjoyed dinner, breakfast, and lunch before we left. It was our last 2 days of our European vacation before returning to San Diego Ca. What a great property to end our trip!

2026-10-06

The level of service here cannot be compared to anywhere else I have stayed before. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt taken care of and welcomed. After two weeks of traveling around Italy, we had encountered rude and careless staff at previous stays, so coming here was truly a breath of fresh air. It makes a world of a difference when you show kindness and care to your guests, so thank you for doing so.

2026-10-05

The staff was super Only problem we had was the availability of Taxis to return to you wonderful Palace

2026-10-04

2026-10-04

We truly enjoyed our stay with you! Our room was incredible and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The concierge recommended a fabulous restaurant for our last evening and we loved it! Thank you for a fabulous and luxurious experience in Bellagio! We are already telling our friends they must go!

2026-10-04

But in fact the managers did a perfect job - they could hear our concerns and proposed to move to the room with a lake view. Great job! I am very thankful to them because it was so important for us - it was a kind of a dream of my wife to have a lake view room, that is why I choose a junior suit with a like view.

2026-10-04

My wife and I spent an incredible 4 days at the hotel. The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We hope to see you again in the future! Thanks again.

2026-08-12

Everything was fantastic. We came from albavilla and this hotel was the complete opposite of what we had previously experienced. We walked in to a beautiful, clean, bright welcoming hotel and were greeted with smiles and energy. Check in was easy and seamless and our room was ready 3 hours early despite it being peak season. We were taken to the bar while the staff dealt with our luggage and given a refreshing welcome drink to ease the heat. The room was fantastic, spacious and had a lovely view. Minibar drinks and snacks included is always a plus and my wife was over the moon with the in bathroom Dyson. The restaurant for lunch was perfect and was matched with a fantastic view. Every staff member had a smile and greeted us like we’d been a regular. I couldn’t praise them enough. My only regret is not getting their names to give them a shout out! From the restaurant, to the bar, to the concierge, check in staff, bag staff, everyone was 11/10!

2026-07-21

From the moment we arrived at Palazzo Genazzini, we knew our stay in Bellagio would be something special. The staff didn't just provide great service — they went far above and beyond at every turn, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Their attention to detail was immaculate, and somehow they managed to make a grand palazzo feel like home. The rooms are simply stunning. Every morning we stepped onto our balcony to a breathtaking, postcard-perfect view of Lake Como — the kind of view you dream about but rarely get to wake up to. It never got old. The hotel's restaurant deserves its own five stars. Breakfast and dinner overlooking the water was the highlight of every day — incredible food paired with an unbeatable setting. We found ourselves lingering long after our meals just to soak it all in. Honestly, we were shocked at the value. For everything we received — the service, the setting, the rooms, the dining — it was worth every euro and then some. This was a five-star experience in every sense of the word. We can't wait to return, and we can't recommend Palazzo Genazzini highly enough. If you're headed to Bellagio, don't stay anywhere else.

2026-07-20

Regardless - the female services made sure we were happy. Very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope everything remains the same and you keep the charming feel of the hotel.

The occasion of our stay was our 25th wedding anniversary. The attention to details, the professionalism and the kindness of the team, beyond the top level of the hotel renovation and amenities awe this moment unforgettable.

An INCREDIBLE stay at your hotel. The entire staff was 10/10! I was initially at a different hotel in Bellagio that was TERRIBLE and was instantly rescued by Adam via message. Fabiola arranged for car service pick up and upon arrival greeted me with the largest smile and huge beautiful blue eyes! Paloma was so kind and sweet in making sure that everything was set up in my room and explained in detail everything. Tanya and Lorenzo in the restaurant went over and beyond to make sure everything I ate at rhe restaurant was 20/10! The kindness and attention to all my needs made the EXPERIENCE of my vacation as well as my stay restful, peaceful and worth every single penny! There was also a gentleman (can’t recall his name - bald man with a beard in concierge) who came to my room personally to fix a television issue. Again, the staff really CARES about EVERY SINGLE GUEST! Adam told me in an email “consider yourself in our care from here on out” and care they ALL did! I felt extremely safe and again fully rested and my experience on Bellagio and Lake Como I will NEVER forget and Palazzo Genazzini contributed to that experience. I will 1 million percent stay here again and have suggested to my friends and family to stay here as well. A dream location as well. Incredibly Close to EVERYTHING!!!!! I also had a view of the lake from my room - DREAMY! Gratzie Mille Palazzzo Genazzini!!!!

Everyone at the hotel - the staff at reception, in the restaurant and the housekeeping team - were extemely polite and friendly and helpful. Also the Concierge was extremely helpful when she arranged a private boat taxi for us.

The entire staff was excellent and we had upscale and professional treatment. The concierge and the front desk were especially helpful. The breakfast and lunch servers were a delight.

The gentleman at the main desk was very organized and helpful. The two female concierges were so helpful as well. Tanya the server was a font of local code n formation. She even knew the fish and local wildlife. Staff was so gracious right down to the housekeepers.

I just stayed for one night but I really enjoyed it. I noticed a lot of attention to details, starting with the welcome card in the room and ending with fresh water and some cookies inside the car.

The head concierge was very accommodating and efficient. (I believe her name is Fabiana.) Also, the two women servers during breakfast was excellent as well.

Outstanding General Manager, Andrea is everywhere, on track with everything. Huge bravo to the team who found him! Getting a place like this that just opened fully on its feet is very challenging and from what we could see, he’s admirable.

If we could give Palazzo Genazzini 11 STARS, we absolutely would! Our stay here was, without question, the highlight of our entire summer trip. The hotel had reopened less than a month before our arrival after a 3 year renovation and no detail was overlooked. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. At the front desk, Alizée gave us a warm welcome, personally escorted us to our room, and took the time to show us all of its many features and amenities. It immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. In the restaurant, Jessica and Lorenzo made breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to. They quickly learned our preferences, the food was consistently delicious. The concierge team, Fabio and Fabiola, were incredible. They helped us navigate logistics throughout our stay and were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations, making everything effortless. Finally, we can’t say enough about Valentina, the Front of House Manager. She was genuinely warm and always eager to help in any way she could and the thoughtful thank you gift she presented us at checkout was the perfect finishing touch. Palazzo Genazzini has set a new standard for luxury hospitality. Beautiful accommodations are one thing, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable and this team exceeded every expectation. We cannot wait to return.
