La chambre avec la terrasse était merveilleuse, une vue sur mer et coucher de soleil à tomber par terre, et pleins de petites attentions de la part de votre équipe tellement agréable. Une mention particulière à Marina pour sa réactivité et son aide à organiser la surprise de mon conjoint, son sourire et sa disponibilité, ainsi qu à Gabriel pour son sens du service , sa disponibilité , sa sympathie à notre égard. The front desk staff were outstanding, housekeeping always adapted to our needs, and the room facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated that the air conditioning could be adjusted precisely to our preferred temperature, which is surprisingly uncommon. The entire team was consistently attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gabriel, who made my daughter feel truly special by preparing her bedtime milk at exactly the temperature she liked, and to Niccola, who introduced me to the world of grappa. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay even more memorable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. Nos gustó muchísimo nuestra estancia: todo funcionó perfectamente, el hotel estaba impecablemente limpio y el desayuno fue excelente. Quiero hacer una mención especial a la camarera de la habitación 252, que fue realmente divina, siempre muy amable y atenta. El último día tuvimos que salir muy temprano y avisamos en recepción que dejaríamos la habitación a las 6:00 de la mañana. El personal fue increíblemente amable y tuvo el detalle de prepararnos **cuatro desayunos para llevar**. Fue un gesto que nos pareció de muy buen gusto y que realmente valoramos. Son esos pequeños detalles los que hacen que una estancia sea aún más especial. Nos vamos muy contentos y agradecidos. Sin duda, recomendaré este hotel a todos mis amigos y espero volver algún día. **¡Muchas gracias por todo y por hacernos sentir tan bien atendidos!**

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is out of this world! With choices of a good old English breakfast, or continental But the hotel went above and beyond this and had pastries and cakes, galore to choose from; with also a delicatessen of cheeses, various hams, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots! And the list goes on!! The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, and kept so throughout our stay, our service person was very accommodating and pleasant! The beds were just right, not too hard or too soft! And we had a lovely little side view of the sea! Lots of restaurants and café to choose from, should you want a change from the hotel lunch menu. The Sunday nights bar with DJ was new for this year, but it truly gave the night a face lift for just chilling, drinking chatting and relaxing. I couldn't stop my feet and body from tapping and swaying away to the music! Thank you, Blumarea. As Arnold schwarzenegger would say, I'll be back!!!

Alice very friendly and happy to help, Sarah who I call Sera Sarah was extremely fun and fun to talk to, but she was very professional and if you need something, she would go out of her way to help you. Aroura and her breakfast team were also great, making sure all of the area was stocked and cleaned away as soon as someone had finished. She also makes great waffles 🧇 lol.
