We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and really enjoyed the room, including the detail to cleanliness and beautiful white decor. The size of the room for 4 people was perfect. The quality of the slippers were really lovely as well. The staff were very professional and welcoming, and we tremendously enjoyed the rooftop pool area with the amazing views and drinks. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the most memorable moment that we really enjoyed was the evening of music with Ale Fusco. We would love to return again! Naoeme was also very helpful when advising us on transport to the airport and arranged a taxi for us. The hotel was extremely clean as were our rooms. Considering all elements, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Wir haben uns in den letzten 6 Tagen in Ihrem tollen Hotel rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. My wife and I had the most wonderful holiday and definitely the most enjoyable stay at an hotel ever. Our room was cool and comfortable and very well appointed. The cleanliness was maintained daily and always immaculate for our return (a big thank you Ida). The staff are very friendly and the restaurant staff immaculate. The meals are, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the ambiance, the quietness, and the generous servings of Parmesan - thank you! The cold water and detox ginger, in the lounge area near reception, was very welcome after a days sight seeing. We had an initial problem with the refrigerator door not closing properly in our room and this was attended to promptly. Although not used, the pool towels and bath robes provided are a very nice touch. Overall an excellent hotel and we will definitely visit again.

Ein sehr großes Lob an das Team (Laura, Valerio, Marijan, Diana, Dyana......) An der Poolbar fehlt Fabian und Andrea sehr, hier hatten wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Kleine Kritik: An einem Abend wollten wir an der Poolbar Getränke für das Zimmer mitnehmen, wir waren schon spät dran 22:50 Uhr. Keine Begrüßung vom Kellner (Name weiß ich nicht) nur wir schließen in fünf Minuten. Das ganze fanden wir nicht okay. Die Dame (Name weiß ich nicht) hat uns dann die Getränke to go gemacht, war auch sehr freundlich. Der Service hat am Nachmittag ab 14:00 Uhr beim Schichtwechsel sehr nachgelassen. Es kam niemand zur Bestellung aufnehmen, wenn wir bestellt hatten gab es keine Chips/Nüsse nur auf Nachfrage. Wahrscheinlich waren wir zu verwöhnt von den Jahren zuvor. We came back to your hotel after staying last May and absolutely loving it - particularly how warm and welcoming all of your staff were. Unfortunately this year there was a new member of staff that made us quite uncomfortable on a number of occasions. He seemed to take enjoyment out of this. Simply put, Labib is in the wrong industry. We will be returning to Lake Garda annually, and your hotel would have always been unquestionably the hotel where we stayed. However, after feeling uncomfortable on each encounter with Labib I don’t feel we will return to Sky Pool Hotel. Please note that the rest of your staff are warm, welcoming and a joy to encounter.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand, aber die Promenade, Restaurants und die Altstadt von Garda sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gefallen haben uns das ausgezeichnete Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen sowie das vielfältige und hochwertige Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und die großzügige Dusche war ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal war freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

There should be a downstairs bar and comfortable furniture as sitting at the upstairs open bar area is too cold at night, a lot of people went out for a drink so you are losing money by not doing this. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer, 311, war nach dem Frühstück immer in einem Top-Zustand. Der Zimmerservice hat eine hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Da können sich in Deutschland einige Hotels noch viel anschauen. Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten war super. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels, sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Man wurde immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt, was auch nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Die Mahlzeiten, wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, waren qualitativ sehr hoch. Thank you so much to the staff who really look after this hotel and the guests. The hotel is immaculate, the food is lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly. All staff members were lovely, but we had most interaction with staff in the dining room. Special thanks to Angela for being such a lovely lady and to reception staff who helped me with an issue I was having, making phone calls on my behalf. Thanks also to the chef/kitchen staff for their lovely meals and for preparing fresh eggs for breakfast for me a couple of days. They also prepared an alternative meal for my son when he was not keen on the day's options.
