I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the reception staff played a big part and making our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and friendly. Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

The front desk esp Cristina (totally forgot her name but I think she’s Spanish) was so nice and she helped me get my luggage back from the airport. I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff at your hotel were wonderful. Two people really stood out for me. I do not know there names but it was a man and a woman who were both working the same shift at our time of check-out. Please thank them for me. The woman upon arrival and check-in walked us to the elevator and she gave us great recommendations for food in Florence. The man who was working the front desk was very friendly and kind.
