Thanks to all the staff at the Hotel Bisesti. Reception staff very friendly and helpfull. Bar staff also very friendly and great service, especially Antonio. He is the kindest, always smiling and very charming young man. Housekeeping staff are great and the room was madeup everyday to perfection. There is no doubt, that we will stay at Hotel Bisesti when we return to Garda, hopefully soon. We were a group of six persons from Denmark booked by Smil Rejser. Rooms 101, 114 and 252.

We had a great stay, upgraded to room 315 which had an enormous balcony and view over pool. Cannot understand why your not a 4 star hotel especially as everything was spotless and everyone was smiling and courteous. Only constructive criticism would be that the empty used plates are removed during breakfast service as the piled up rejects and leftovers are a bit off putting. Fabulous hotel added to our fabulous holiday

A wonderful week at hotel bisesti! Everything exceeded our expectations. Great location. Loved the breakfast and meals in the evening as we were booked in fo half board. Excellent cleaning of rooms on a daily basis. All staff extremely helpful especially Alessandra on reception desk. We hope to return next year!

Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gab auch immer frische Handtücher 👍. Auch die Damen vom Empfang waren sehr zuvorkommend 👍. Das Service Personal war insgesamt auch sehr freundlich, nur der Service selbst hat noch etwas gehakt. Vielleicht deshalb weil wir zu den ersten Gästen gehörten da die Saison gerade erst angefangen hatte. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Bisesti sehr angenehm 👍.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in ihr Hotel. Komfort und Qualität haben sich im laufe der Jahre sehr verbessert. Wir haben nun immer eine Junior Suite gebucht und die ist wirklich schön. Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos und immer sehr gut. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche hat sich auch sehr verbessert im Vergleich zu früher. Alles in allem kommen wir sehr gerne in ihr Hotel, ich kann im Moment nicht genau sagen wie oft wir da waren. Ich schätze seit dem Jahr 2000 so ca 7x. Der Poolbereich im Sommer gefällt mir gut, so gute Parkplätze findet man auch sehr selten. Man bemerkt auf alle Fälle das sich alles immer wieder verbessert und das Management sehr bemüht darum ist. Wir empfehlen ihr Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a Junior Suite - Room 252 which was excellent. Lots of storage space, very clean and a perfect bathroom. Special thanks to the ladies that cleaned our room each day - they did an excellent job. All the staff that we met were professional and friendly - they were a good advert for the hotel. The location of the hotel, close to the Lake was excellent. Would certainly stay again at the Hotel Bisesti.

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly and polite staff. We booked two rooms. One with a balcony and one without. The balcony room was fabulous, modern and spacious. The classic room was perfectly adequate for our sons. It was one of our sons birthdays during our stay and at breakfast one of the members of staff gave him a card and a gift of Hotel Bisesti playing cards. It was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch. We had not said anything as he doesn’t like a fuss but the member of staff was very discreet and this lovely gesture was very much appreciated. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a special one! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Die Gäste waren zum Großteil etwas älter, das sind wir auch. Es herrschte eine ruhige, freundliche und angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption und im Service sprechen deutsch und englisch, auch das ist von Vorteil. Besonders gut ist die Nähe zum See, man geht nur 3 Minuten durch den Park und schon ist man an der Uferpromenade mit seinen unzähligen Restaurants, Bootsverleih und Linienschiffen. Besonders wichtig war für uns der private Parkplatz im Innenhof des Hotels.

The Hotel is in an amazing location, just a short walk on the path opposite and you're at the lake! Or turn right down to the road opposite and it's straight into the centre of Garda. It was very clearn and well looked after. The only downside was our particular room had no view, and quite a bit of noise from the back of the hotel, bins, bottles emptying etc

Wir sind das 1. Mal in Ihrem Hotel gewesen. Waren angenehm überrascht, vor Ankunft über die Mail und die Empfehlungen, während des Aufenthalts über die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter vom Zimmermädchen über die Rezeption und alle Mitarbeiter im Restaurant bzw. an der Bar. Hatte ein Reifenproblem, mir wurde sofort an der Rezeption geholfen und mehrere Reifenhändler in der Nähe benannt und wie ich die am Besten erreiche. Die Empfehlung von Euromaster in AFFI war top. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und Ihr Hotel auch bei unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.

I noticed yesterday that you were taking publicity photographs for the hotel, but didn’t see that the very friendly and hard working gardener/handyman was included. He may have been and I missed it, but if not, then in future you should include all your staff including the cleaning and gardening staff. They are the backbone of the business and the reason that people will keep returning. It won’t the glamorous “Charlie’s Angels” at the reception desk…

We stayed in rom 313 for 3 nights fron 24 August. Wanted to see Lake Garda for quite a while but didn't really have any expectations for the hotel as it was only 3 star. I absolutely loved the hotel, right next to bus station where transfers took us to, and trips picked up and dropped off. All the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was lovely. I rarely return to a hotel but I would definitely return here.

Hi we have just spent a week at your hotel and although we were not happy with our evening meals on the first night you kindly changed our meals to the A la Carte lunchtime menu which we were very happy with, it seemed to be more of the Italian style of food we were expecting. We stayed in The Bisesti Hotel last year as well as this year. All Staff were very personable and professional. We probably wouldn't go half board as we have done this & last year purely because the evening meal were usually way too salty for consumption & other guests found this to be the case which,s why lots of meals seemed to be returned to the kitchen. This feedback is to assist with the very high standards of this Family run business and in no way did it impact on our absolutely fabulous stay. We will be returning to The Bisesti again for certain as the staff made us feel special & were extremely welcoming. 10/10 for Customer Satisfaction & Hospitality. Very happy with our stay and would come again. We were very nervous as first trip to Italy with our children who have multiple food allergies. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an unser Zimmermädchen Nunzia. So ein netter Service und immer alles in Ordnung. Dankeschön auch an Rino im Frühstücksbereich. Immer umsichtig und nach 2 Tagen wusste er auch, dass ich Salz und Pfeffer auf dem Tisch benötigte :-) Auch den Damen am Empfang unser Dankeschön, vor allem, wenn wir immer wieder melden mussten "Fahrstuhl fährt nicht" waren sie sehr schnell beim Neustart.

Our only issue was the room we had selected (our fault) it was a standard room with no balcony or view, which unfortunately we didn’t like. This is not a fault of the hotel, we just hadn’t been told by TUI that we could booo rooms with a more modern decor and balcony, with a view. When we come back we will book direct with the hotel and select the room we prefer. Please pass on our thanks for a fabulous stay and we will highly recommend you to everyone we know! Room was sufficient for our stay, good shower, nice bar area to relax in at the end of the day. We found everything clean and tidy.The position of the hotel was excellent for everything we needed- short walk to the lake, shops and restaurants, ferry terminal easy to get to and book tickets for other places to visit and also the bus terminal. Beautiful walks along the lakeside. Overall had a great stay and great visit to Lake Garda. We stayed for one week and found lots to do and see. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Hotel Bisesti.

I love the ambience of a family-run hotel which is why I came back! Nice welcome, good food. It was lovely to meet the hotel manager and I like your informal style of being available to chat (we did). I would also like to compliment the Maitre D'Or (I think his name is Roni). He runs a very tight ship and we missed him very much on his night food (we had to wait nearly an hour for our food that night, as the slip for drinks had not been passed on (I think it lets the catering team know we are here and ready for our food). Other than that one unfortunate long wait, we had a lovely time at Hotel Bisesti and I congratulate you on a very well run hotel.

Returning customer grom last year and would return again. Only disappointment was that you are not able to provide pricing for next May. When available please let us know. Might have been nice to be upgraded to a balcony room (if available) but 3rd time lucky. Special compliments need to be made to ths Chef. Food was excellent (Dinner) - English Breakfast hot option might be only improvement I could suggest. Plus your staff seem to enjoy working and are a real asset to you. Although we had junior suite for our family and a basic room for ourselves we both loved our own. The hotel was.very clean. All of the staff were so pleasant and helpful. We greatly appreciated that you were able to meet our request to have both rooms near to each other and the lift. It was wonderful to have a well designed pool suitable for both for adults and our little grandson! We were in room 161 and at certain times it was quite noisy. I could hear vehicles with their engines running, loud voices late at night and early morning, then there were the rubbish removal men early in the morning. We have stayed at your hotel several times and have not experienced any issues. The issues that I have mentioned will not stop us returning to your hotel. With best wishes to you and your staff. A very efficiently run hotel. We had booked a standard room and knew it was small. There were a few things we needed to address (power point, non-slip mat, extra pillows) and all were addressed immediately. The impression is of a personally run hotel with a focus on responding to the needs of guests.

We had a great week at Bisesti, the hotel is kept so clean, inside and out, staff are great, very helpful. Is well situated close to shops, boats, busses, paths and great running routes.
