2026-09-12

Thanks to all for the good stay. Appreciate the attention to our daughter that has a special requirements
2026-09-06
Is a traditional place for holidays when we were kids and now is still perfectly for few days to relax to the seaside.
2026-09-07

2026-09-04
Dog friendly in hotel, bar, restaurants and beach, but not dog friendly in the therms of green places for the dogs to walk.
2026-09-04
Very good stay at this hotel. Good services
2026-09-04
Thank you to all the stuff which made our stay so welcoming and supportive. The stuff is the reception was helpful in providing all information. Special thank you to Marina - supper professional and cleaning and friendly, attentive to all our requests
2026-09-04
We love everything the Old town, the promenade , spacious beaches and delicious paces to eat pizza and pasta
2026-09-02
There were many reasons that influenced us to return again. Including, the friendliness/professionalism of all the staff, the proximity to the beach, the stunning view from the balconies, the large balconies, the choice of local restaurants.
2026-09-02
All the staff were excellent but most of our technical dealing were with Teija who just made any questions just disappear. We have been lucky enough to have stayed in many hotels around the world but the friendly approach of the Cristallo owners family and team is the best we have experienced.
2026-09-02
There is so much positive I could be typing all day! The only negative that I can think of is that there is not an integrated transport link between the Metromare station at Miramare Airport and the airport terminal.

2026-09-01
Ospitalità e gentilezza sono state al top
2026-09-01

2026-08-26
Wonderful hotel, very friendly and kind staff, delicious food. I'm sorry I forgot to return the room card.
2026-08-26
I came for the Meeting; but I also went into the center of Rimini, which I enjoyed visiting, and to Ravenna. The train station felt safe and the Metromare, which was not in operation the last time I came, is a great new improvement.

2026-08-16
Ho trascorso una bella settimana all'hotel Cristallo! Merita tutti i nostri complimenti ! In sostanza consiglio a tutti l'hotel Cristallo! Grazie a tutti!
2026-08-16

2026-08-10
Siamo stati già clienti l' anno scorso e ci siamo trovati benissimo.

The location of the hotel was nice and it was the right value for money for us. I was a little afraid that we wouldn't get what we paid for, but I was pleasantly disappointed. :) Everything was perfect for us.

We had a great time during our week there. We would like to thank all the hotel staff for being so kind and attentive. We came home with very good experiences. It was our first time in Rimini, but I hope it won't be our last. We wish you all the best in the future.

I liked the beach and the market at Rimini station.

2026-06-10
The website presentation was very good. The location in a lively but not too manic area was important. The proximity to the beach was something we were keen to achieve. From the pictures the apartment promised great views, which were even better in reality.
2026-06-10
I asked some questions before making the booking and received very prompt and complete answers. I also raised a couple of questions after booking but before arrival, I not only received prompt and complete answers but they were also answered in a friendly tone. Every single member of staff that we interacted with could not have been more friendly. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble. The "value" of walking through reception a receiving a cheerful "good morning" is immeasurable. There are two many staff that we were impressed with to name everybody.
2026-06-10
Rimini provided a huge range of attractions - beach, promenade, the old centre to name but a few. The Metromare in particular is a great option for getting around. The reliance on taxis to the airport as there are limited public transport links is not good. The Metromare has a stop nearby but to walk from there to the airport with limited paved walkways would be very dangerous. Consider some form of shuttle between the two locations or upgrade the pavements.
2026-06-11
Location to the beach. Near the airport. Views of the beach from room. Restaurants near by.

2026-06-07
Proximity to beach and transport links for trips to other towns. It looked clean on the photos. I also chose it because I believed it to have a swimming pool. The photo was misleading. I did not realise it was only a small plunge pool.
2026-06-07
The room cleaner did a great job, and all the receptionists were very polite and helpful. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very polite and helpful too.
2026-06-07
The old town is very picturesque, and the marina is also really nice. I really liked the antique market in the old town. The Bagno 69 beach club was comfortable. I found public transport a bit stressful. The machines on the buses for validating your ticket sometimes weren't working, due to bad internet connection. If the bus was packed with people, then it was hard to reach the machine. Some of the bike riders/electric bikes were dangerous towards pedestrians. I like to walk and would prefer less bikes, especially in the parks. I would have liked to do a group bus tour to some of the villages, but it was too early in the season.
