All staff are courteous at all times and pleasant to deal with, you have two absolutely stand out members of your team, they are Jacopo ( Jacob ) in the bar who is an absolute star who in my opinion is your rock in the hotel, his attention to detail and the way he converses with guests is amazing he remembers your order even if you don’t return for a couple of days and always has a joke or pleasantries with guests, an absolute star. Your other stand out members of staff is the restaurant Maitre d, I am sorry I cannot remember his name, but everyone is welcomed into the restaurant with a “BONJOURNO” and then again in their native language, he tries to attend personally to every guest and goes out of his way to make sure that their every need is attended to. Once your breakfast/ evening meal is completed you are wished a pleasant day/evening and look forward to seeing you later. But again I must reiterate that all staff are excellent

The staff were unbelievable. I fly for an airline, and stayed in many hotel throughout the world. I’ve never met some warm, kind and friendly staff. I love the personal touch. I have a food allergy, and I felt very reassured by the staff when I was being served at dinner that my food was safe to eat. Having trusting staff who show care rather than annoyance at managing a food allergy is incredibly appreciated! There was one server in particular (who was recommended to us as his English was the best, sorry I can’t remember his name!) who answered my questions many times, was always patient and reassuring, even remembered my salad order from the night before to ask the chef to remake it. Thank you!

We had a truly wonderful stay and were very sad to leave! The staff especially made it such a warm, happy experience. Apologies if names are wrong - Matteo Leon and Cristina in the restaurant, and I didn’t get her name but the lady with curly hair who did the poolside was so attentive and kind! Wir konnten dank einem für sehr schön ausgewählten Zimmer mit Superlage, mit Ihren Bediensteten die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllten, jede Minute unseres Aufenthaltes genießen. Spezieller Dank gilt dem Hotelmanagement, die eine sehr schwierige Situstion um eine kleine Gruppe sich nicht benehmender Gäste am Infinitypool mit Bravur gelöst hat. Applaus dafür! Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wußte ich, das das Hotelmanagement sehr genau weis wer ihre Zielgruppe ist und sich für diese einsetzt und wer es eben nicht ist. Ganz starkes Statement!

Da meine Partnerin glutenfreie Speisen benötigt ist es immer schwierig gute Hotels zu finden die darauf adäquat eingehen können. Das wurde in ihrem Hotel immer wunderbar gelöst! Das sehr freundliche Personal vermittelte zu keinem Zeitpunkt, dass dieser Mehraufwand ein Problem darstellt. Diese Besonderheit hat uns auch zu diesem Hotel geführt, da es in gängigen Internetportalen für einen glutenfreien Urlaub als positiv bewertet wird. Oftmals wird diese besondere Leistung in der Internetpräsenz von Hotels gar nicht so deutlich erwähnt. Nochmals muss man die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter als besonders positiv ervorheben.

The hotel location was perfect. It also suited us that the hotel was an adult only hotel (over 14 years). We were also happy that the hotel does not accept dogs. The staff in all areas were excellent - reception, bar, housekeeping, grounds and shuttle bus drivers. The restaurant staff were excellent - Angelo ensures everything runs smoothly and interacts with all guests to ensure they are all happy and satisfied. Our main waiter, Sultan, was excellent. Christina was very pleasant. Monica was so kind to us when we arrived half an hour early for breakfast on the day of our departure - we thought breakfast started at 7 am. She was very kind and allowed us to stay which meant we could have breakfast before we left for our flight, which we appreciated. Compliments also to the chef - the food wss excellent. We were especially delighted with our table location in the restaurant for dinner - it was perfect! The provision of the shuttle service at various times was extremely useful. I also enjoyed the yoga class by the pool.

We had a lovely time at Madrigale. I have positive feedback all around. I liked the room service standard, the waiters/waitresses were dedicated. The use of the courtesy room on the the last day and the storage of the bags was really helpful. I liked the garden area at the pool. Everything was how we expected it to be and more. We loved the area too, as a couple that like to keep fit and walk whenever possible, knowing the walking routes or trails is always useful.

Wir waren vom 24. bis 27. Oktober 2025 im Hotel Madrigale Panoramic & Lifestyle, als Familie in den beiden Zimmern Nr. 141 und 142 und bereits zum vierten Mal dort – und wieder war alles einfach perfekt. Schon beim Check-in begann der Urlaub. Der Empfang war herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem außergewöhnlich gepflegten und sauberen Zustand – wie gewohnt auf höchstem Niveau. Unsere beiden Suiten lagen direkt nebeneinander und boten alles, was man sich wünschen kann: großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, und sogar Wasser stand schon bei Ankunft bereit. Besonders schön: Vom Balkon aus konnten wir uns mit den Kindern auf dem Nachbarbalkon unterhalten – das war richtig familiär. Der Geburtstag, den wir dort gefeiert haben, wurde vom Restaurant-Team hervorragend vorbereitet. Der Blumenstrauß, den ich vorab bestellt hatte, war wunderschön arrangiert und stand schon morgens zum Frühstück bereit. Auch die Möglichkeit, den Tisch liebevoll zu schmücken, wurde den Kindern freundlich ermöglicht. Das gesamte Serviceteam war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam – man hatte das Gefühl, die Mitarbeiter lesen einem die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und qualitativ hochwertig: frische Eierspeisen, verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten, eine sehr gute Auswahl insgesamt. Der Blick vom Restaurant über den See rundete das Ganze perfekt ab. Besonders angenehm für uns als Allergiker: Im gesamten Hotel, auch im Außen- und Restaurantbereich, waren keine Hunde – ein echtes Qualitätsmerkmal, das heute selten geworden ist. Ebenfalls positiv: Die Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos. Der Tesla-Destination-Charger war jederzeit frei verfügbar, zuverlässig und bequem erreichbar. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war lediglich der Pool – trotz Heizfunktion war das Wasser bei den kühlen Außentemperaturen etwas frisch. Das ist aber der Jahreszeit geschuldet und kein echter Kritikpunkt. Insgesamt war es wieder ein großartiger Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Service, wunderschöner Lage und echter Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Wie seit vielen Jahren, die wir bei Ihnen im Madrigale verbringen, haben wir auch unseren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sehr genossen. In Ihrem Hotel fühlt man sich bestens aufgehoben, sehr gut betreut, sei dies nun die Zimmerwahl, oder die reiche Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und am Abend mit dem 5-Gang-Menu - einfach hervorragend. Als wir gewisse Gemüsesorten nicht gekannt haben, hat das Service-Personal kompetent Auskunft gegeben. Unsere Weinauswahl fällt jedes Mal auf den Ripassa Superiore von Zenato. Als die neue Flasche geöffnet war und uns vom Bouquet des Weines überzeugen wollten, mussten wir feststellen, dass mit dem Wein irgendetwas nicht in Ordnung war. Das Personal versuchte es dann mit dem Dekantieren, doch sehr schnell stand fest, dass mit dem Wein etwas nicht in Ordnung war. Ohne gross zu zögern, wurde uns eine neue Flasche offeriert und diese war wieder hervorragend. Besten Dank an das überaus kompetente Service-Personal. Wie bereits beim Verabschieden möchten wir dem gesamten Personal, dem House-Keeping, der Küche, dem Service-Personal und dem Empfangs-Personal nochmals unseren sehr herzlichen Dank aussprechen und freuen uns bereits heute wieder, uns von Ihnen und Ihren kompetenten MitarbeiterInnen verwöhnen zu lassen.

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! All staff are so happy and helpful, the food amazing, our bedroom palatial (with most wonderful views over Garda). The hotel is spotless with beautiful decor. We enjoyed both pools, different seating areas and cosy corners. The shuttle service, provided free of charge, served us well and we appreciate the replacement use of the manager's car when the bus was being repaired. Many repeated journeys made with a smile. Thank you to everyone concerned. We will not hesitate to recommend this beautiful hotel to our family and friends....and we'll be back!

The smell of the hotel was incredible. The music in the room- lovely touch. The staff were so attentive and lovely. The cleanliness was outstanding. The wellness vibe was amazing. Just a wonderful stay. Entertainment was a little poor in the evening. And taxi service on the island not ideal, but we had a car so driver couldn’t drink but it’s not a complaint. Could do with a consistentlt hot shower and conditioners in the room as well as the shampoo. Amazing stay. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Madrigale last week. We received a lovely upgraded room requested by my partner, (now fiancé) as we got engaged at the beautiful venue of Madrigale! This made our stay even more special! Overall we had a great time, the room was lovely, the food and drinks were nice, service was good and the pools were lovely. All of the staff were super helpful. The only thing we struggled with was finding available taxi's to bring us back to the hotel each evening - as the last shuttle bus provided by hotel is 5:30pm which is very early. Other than that, we had a brilliant stay and we will absolutely be back for another stay at Hotel Madrigale in the future.

We were impressed with Donato, the Maître d’. He took the time to greet each guest, even while he was serving dishes to other guests. He also communicated very well with the guests, with a clear desire to ensure that everyone was comfortable and satisfied. There was a pleasant atmosphere in the room, because there was good communication between the waiters and Donato. Donato has become a member of the team and he works and communicates very well with the other members. It appears that Donato has become apart of the family. We are looking forward to seeing him and the other regulars next year. Angelo, as always, was perfect. He brightens the room with his positivity, energy, and he works as diligently as ever despite his wrist injury. He is a real champion. Sultan and Federiko are always extremely hard working, polite and manage the sometimes difficult task of balancing friendliness and professionalism. They both go out of their way to make every guests’ stay feel special. Emma is amazing. Madrigale was very fortunate to have had such a hard working young lady this summer. She will be hard, if not Impossible to replace next year. She is 16 years old and carries herself like an experienced professional. She is clearly very intelligent, and a very fast learner. We wish her well in her studies. We will also miss Michele who also was very hard working young man. We wish him well in his studies. Rovena is a lovely lady with a kind and friendly smile. The guest are certainly well looked after when she is at work. She has an abundance of energy. She does not allow a food tray go empty. She already has a replacement in her hand before the last piece of ham is taken. She makes sure that the guests never have to wait or be disappointed that something has run out. Another amazing person to mention is the gentleman that works at the pool. There was a storm during the night and in the morning there was not a single leaf in the pools or around the pool areas. We wondered what time does he start each morning in order to have cleaned up after a storm with high winds. The cleaning ladies also do a great job. Not only are the rooms perfectly clean, so are the balconies. There was no sign of a rainy storm, after they cleaned our room and balcony. The chef also did an amazing job. We did not once have the same dish as we had during our previous visit in July. This demonstrates that the chef selects the finest ingredients according to their availability and the season. This made the dining a true gourmet experience. Finally, what is such a pleasure to see is how the team gets along so well with one another. You see that they like and respect each other. There is one exception, but we think it is obvious who he is. We sincerely thank all the members of this incredible team and wish them all well. Thank you.

Although there was a discrepancy/misunderstanding regarding the room price, we had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere without small children in the pool area. For our taste, your wine list was a little too small – but otherwise everything was good, clean and tidy. It was also nice that we could spend the day by the pool and have a shower in the afternoon before our departure – and two bottles of water for the car journey was a nice touch :) We think we'll be back again sometime :)
