Saskia in the concierge department is the best person I have encountered at any hotel EVER! She completely went above and beyond and helped us navigate one of the most important times in our lives. Our son is getting married and she did every single thing to help make every plan go smoothly. I can't say enough kind words about Saskia! She came to greet us and and sent us messages throughout the day to see if we need anything we've never encountered to such high-level customer service in our lives! Saskia is the BEST.. and Marta was also wonderful!

The staff were uniformly kind and attentive without being overbearing. I think we interacted with four or five different people, all of whom were great. Also, there was a young blonde woman who seemed somewhat new(??) who showed us to our table away from the main brunch room. She was really welcoming and helpful, a “stand out” employee we would say at my old job.
