You were all very friendly, ladies from the spa were amazing (great massages and facial treatment), the finance lady did all the check in and check out very fast and smooth and the waiter from Cuba spoke perfect English and made a big impression on us.

In generale tutto lo staff è stato professionale ed amichevole nei modi. In particolare il "nostro" cameriere al tavolo, Shady, sempre attento, gentile e presente. Un plauso anche anche al Centro Benessere, pulito e piacevole da frequentare. Saune alle giuste temperature e la jacuzzi riscaldata all'esterno in mezzo alla neve è esperienza da non trascurare. Anche le camere sempre ben fatte e pulitissime.
