Beds are way, way, way to hard and the pillows are pretty awful. Either too hard or super lumpy. Room got stifling hot the first night. I found out that we could request the heat to be turned off for the rest of the stay, but we suffered the first night.

No puedo dejar de felicitar a todo el personal por su excelente atención (servicio de limpieza, recepción, desayuno), porque es, sencillamente, impecable. Todos, sin excepción, han sido amables, eficientes y resolutivos. Ante cualquier duda o petición, en todo momento han estado prestos a ayudar o a resolver la cuestión de una forma cortés y con una sonrisa por bandera. Mención especial a Leisy, del personal del servicio de desayuno, por su cariño, cercanía y afabilidad, aunque sin hacer de menos al resto de sus compañeros, ni mucho menos. Es solo que, al hablar español, la comunicación con un español que no habla inglés es mucho más fácil, obviamente.

Our most gratitude to Leon, the chef, who has been an excellent person to wake up and speak to. He was so caring with his service, not to mention giving us such beautiful places to visit. It was genuinely a real pleasure to speak to him each day we had breakfast. Not to mention, his breakfast was impeccable, such taste in such simple delicacies, with his comedic humour on the side. We had a wonderful stay, so peaceful and relaxing after full-on days exploring Milan. I did not catch his name, but the member of staff at the check-in desk was so lovely and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent. The lobby smells amazing and is such an inviting welcome when you arrive. Excellent customer service from both the reception staff and the spa staff. I appreciated the eco options for room cleaning such as not requiring new bedding or towels. We used both the spa facilities and the gym. Both were small but very clean and with good facilities and we enjoyed having them. The room was comfortable, very clean and with good facilities such as the double sink and bath products. The mini fridge was well stocked and more affordable than most I have seen and the bed is the most comfortable we have had in any hotel!

Oh my god! I am so pleased with my overall experience. It was between this hotel and another but I took this one by chance. I am so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews, and formed my own opinion. When I checked in I was greeted with such a warmth welcoming. The lady at breakfast so pleasant, smiley and made our mornings. The chef so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the added birthday treats left in the hotel room - such a lovely touch. Even months before coming to stay I had a lot of questions and all my emails were responded to in a timey manner. I just want to say a big thank you to all staff (reception, bar, breakfast, chef, housekeeping) and I’m sorry I didn’t catch anyones full name.

Very nice quirky, chic hotel. The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English - apologies my Italian is not so good.(learning). I cannot truly answer in terms of "value for money" as my reservation was booked by my company, so I did not see the bill. If not too expensive, I would happily stay again with friends or famiy.
