Dear Hotel Airone My stay at your hotel was absolutely wonderful. We had such great and friendly service and I am happy to say we will definitely return! The whole experience was fantastic. From a very warm welcome on our arrival to sadly having to leave we were treated with courtesy, politeness and nothing was ever a problem. All your staff were very professional and kind aswell - friendly and helpful. Special mentions really must go to...Daniella and Paola on reception, Aldo (please say Hi to him) and the whole restaurant team - Marko (on the bar) and Angelo. Our room was perfect (408) and the whole hotel was clean, tidy and very well presented. Thanks again for a perfect stay and I look forward to our return one day! We arrived after unexpectedly finding our Hotel Felix reservation in Olbia cancelled. It was a stressful experience. The front desk staff at Airone were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Oriana quickly and efficiently arranged a morning shuttle to take 6 members of my family to the airport the next morning. My entire family commented on how beautiful and restful the hotel was. Besonders möchte ich die Bedienungen im Restaurant und beim Frühstück loben, die an manchen Tagen fast unmenschliche Leistung gebracht haben und immer noch freundlich waren. Besonderen Dank an den Chef der Bedienungen und den Stellverteter. Keine Sprache und kein Wunsch konnten Sie aus der Ruhe bringen. Ein tolles Team und ein tolles Aushängeschild für das Hotel. Glückwunsch zu der Mannschaft. Die Küche hat gezaubert und jeden Tag ein tolles 4-Gänge Menue gezaubert. Dem Koch und seinem Team ebenfalls unser herzlicher Dank für alles. Die tägliche Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer ist ebenfalls eine nette Aufmerksamkeit. Wir waren 16 Tage in Ihrem Haus mit Halbpension.
