A well-appointed, clean and pleasant hotel with a great location near the Piazza del Popolo (city center). Plenty of room to relax (indoors and outside). Staff are very helpful and attentive to all needs. The rooms are updated to modern standards but still have authentic charm (solid wood floors, windows with shutters, refrigerator and safe, high ceilings). The buffet breakfast has all of the basics expected in Tuscany, including a variety of local pastries (as well as a honeycomb that goes great on pancakes).

I lost an earring that was a post and a very small diamond chip one morning at breakfast. I asked the young man (black hair) working in the breakfast room to keep an eye out for it when sweeping (Nov 19?) . Two days later the young man told me that he found it! It even was polished! Great staff!

Breakfast was amazing. The honey display. The yogurts. The protein options. The pastries. My favorite meals in all of our Italian vacation were the breakfasts at the Hotel Boston.

The staff are FANTASTIC! We feel so welcomed every time we return to hotel Boston. Staff at reception, in the restaurant, staff who clean the rooms are all just amazing. Alessandro (I believe his name is) on reception deserves a special thank you - please never let him go he is an asset to the hotel. I also think it’s great you have a selection of room types based on budget to suit everyone. We can’t wait to return next year.

We loved our stay and a certain member of staff whose name we never got but he was a gentleman in his 60’s who worked breakfast most mornings and made our stay truly memorable. He was outstanding and made my partner’s day with his football knowledge and excitement about her Scotland football top. We’d come back for him alone! The hotel staff were all brilliant
