Our stay at Hotel Margherita was fabulous . The staff were amazing and we felt they knew us personally. Our room was comfortable and inviting. The view was incredible! The staff at reception couldn’t do enough for us. They provided us with information, recommendations, maps, booked our services etc. They were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff organized our favourite coffee as soon as they saw us enter the restaurant. The restaurant staff were super attentive and the food was delicious. We would like to thank all of the staff at Hotel Margherita very much for making our stay very memorable. We loved it!

The facilities were spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location offered stunning views that made our trip even more special. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was courteous and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would especially like to thank Giada, who made a lasting impression on our stay. She was incredibly helpful during the check-in process, ensuring everything went smoothly, and on our final night, she went above and beyond by recommending and securing us a reservation at a fantastic nearby restaurant.

Extremely responsive with communication. Makes me feel very comfortable that I will be taken care of before I even arrived. Thoughtful of guest needs. Have all the information a short stay tourist may need. Provide bus tickets and accept returns if not used is very generous and give us the flexibility to change plans as we go. Shuttle service was very helpful. All in all, I feet the management is doing the best to make sure we have a pleasant stay. Thank you for that!

Thank you to Hotel Margherita for an Amazing 12 night stay! It was Wonderful to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, everyday was enjoyable adventure visiting the villages along the Amalfi coast. We loved the charm of the town of Praiano, and we felt very welcomed by the residents in the shops, or meeting them along the paths or steep staircases. Suela, her family and her wonderful staff were always very helpful with the shuttles or giving tips to see tourists sites and navigate the beauty of the landscape. Our stay exceeded our expectations!!! Hotel easy to find and parking made the arrival easy. Warm welcome with complementary prosecco. Our room (deluxe) was perfect. King, desk and couch. Bed and pillows comfortable. Awesome breakfast (and saw dinners, and looked and smelled good). What made a difference was the staff. Especially Matteo, who very kind and patient with us explaining how to get to the path of the gods Another big plus was the location - purpose of our trip was Path of the Gods to Positano and returned by bus. Location of the hotel made that day easy. Perfect location… great staff… clean… outstanding view …comfortable …highly recommend!!!

One of the best most stunning hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were all so accommodating from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. I would just like to thank all the staff especially the receptionists and the dhittle bus drivers. The shuttle bus was such a good handy extra! The massage we had also was unreal the best we have ever had and again the massage therapist (sorry can’t remember the names a man and a women) they were so professional and great at what they do. The hotel exceeded my expectations and we were gutted to leave. We had an extra three nights in Sorrento after this hotel and just wish we had stayed here instead. The hotel and town of Praiano was like a fairytale. The breakfast was delicious and my partner says the best coffee he has had (he is a coffee snob). The view from the roof top bar was amazing and the size of our room was massive! The decor was also stunning it felt so authentic which is exactly what we wanted. All the little perks free welcome drink, beach bag with pool towels, shuttle bus, breakfast was all great. I can’t rave about this hotel and the staff enough!

Most of the staff were kind and helpful and willing to accommodate my needs and I’m grateful for those that were. The hotel is in a great location and it is beautifully decorated and very well kept. Although I do enjoy going to the spa, the prices here were very high so I did not make use of those services. However I did use the gym facility which was convenient (I would recommend having boxing gloves available for use of the punching bag). I also enjoyed eating at the restaurant and was very impressed with the quality of the food though the service could have been better. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and although I don’t plan on visiting the facility again, I would recommend it to friends/family. Thank you for the experience.

Perfect location for getting about Praiano and Amalfi coast (and shuttle service was excellent). Beautiful view from rooms, pool and restaurant.
