2026-08-23

I very much loved the level of friendliness and attention to detail each member of staff showed. It has become rare these days, even in nicer hotels, to find people who are consistently as friendly as your staff was. It's particularly striking to me that this consistency was displayed throughout all stations - from the reception desk (where Oleksandra and her colleague made sure I got the room I felt most comfortable in, fitting my booking category), the team in the breakfast room (the ones ensuring everyone's wellbeing while seated, as well as the kitchen where they prepared the vast & lovely buffet), the cleaning lady who took such great care of my room & always greeted me with a smile, to the staff in the bar (Gabriele who remembered my order from the very first day even) - I think it also speaks to the management of the hotel, that everyone among the staff is so committed to taking such great care of their guests. I really appreciated that and hope to visit again some time.

2026-08-23

Ottimo personale che mira a dare servizio.

2026-08-23

Our family stayed with you for three days in Lyon. The staff made us feel welcome. The space was perfect!

2026-07-29

Merci pour le service imppecable

2026-07-29

2 Americans traveling to the area for the first time. Front desk was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Had a great stay! Being in the hospitality business I only have one suggestion which only has to do with ambience not customer service. The lighting in the dining room is so bright that we felt we had a spot light on us. I suggest setting dimmers and less bulbs. Even in the large lounge area.

2026-07-29

Thanks for a wonderful stay in Turin . Would love to return soon .

2026-07-29

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

2026-04-23
