2026-08-08
The hotel management was extremely accommodating and helpful. Although we had originally booked and paid for two nights in a double room, an unexpected situation arose with our children, as their school camp had ended and we suddenly needed to arrange accommodation for them as well. The management kindly changed our room for the second night and provided us with a larger room for four people for an additional fee. This solved a major problem for us, and we are very grateful for their understanding and flexibility. The lady working in the restaurant during breakfast was exceptionally kind, warm, and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had a very positive experience and truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at YoUme Hotel. Everything about our time with you was absolutely exceptional. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast selection, which was fresh and delicious every morning. The dining staff and servers deserve a special mention—they were incredibly attentive, professional, and made us feel welcome at every meal. Additionally, the front desk team was outstanding. They were not only deeply knowledgeable about the local area but also genuinely attentive and ready to help with any questions we had. To top it all off, our room was remarkably spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing us with the perfect environment to relax. Please convey our warmest thanks to your entire team for their hard work and hospitality. We will certainly recommend YoUme Hotel to our friends and look forward to staying with you again in the future. Thank you also for the gift you gave while leaving the hotel. It was very kind of you. Interessantes Design Ihres Hotels.

We had a wonderful leg of our honeymoon in Trieste, and loved staying at the You.Me Hotel. Thank you to the Borin family for the celebratory Prosecco, to the breakfast staff for the friendly and helpful service every morning, and to the front desk staff for our seamless check-in and check-out- including printing our train tickets, and letting us store our luggage for a few hours. We are looking forward to future stays at both You.Me, and other Boring Hotels

das Personal im You and Me in Trieste ist einzigartig.

Every staff member was amazing, friendly and service with smile. Best breakfast in any hotel we have stayed in Italy! Especially the sweet part of the buffet was to die for! Even though 20EUR is a bit steep to pay extra for the dog per day, he was well noted with cute little bag of treats (which he loved!) and a feeding bowl.
