Thank you for an amazing stay! The apartment as lovely. The only issue we had as the maintenance (painting) before 7:00 but you were quickly to respond and it was a one time inconvenience. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

Marta, Annalisa and Cristina did an excellent job making arrangements and answering my many questions promptly. They were a pleasure to work with. They made planning effortless. We loved our tours and our tour guide, Silvia. She was so kind, interesting and professional. Our whole group loved her tours. The water taxi arrangements were perfect from the airport and to the train station. We were so sad to leave Venice and are already talking about a return trip. A sincere thanks to the staff of Views on Venice - it was a perfect vacation.

Nous avons apprécié: la réservation de l'appartement très claire et précise, la réservation du taxi à l'arrivée et au départ très simple, et la ponctualité du taxi, l'accueil sur le quai à l'arrivée du taxi par la représentante de l'agence. Nous avons également apprécié que tous les produits nécessaires à la mise en route de notre séjour soient présents dans la cuisine( café, thé, sucre...capsules vaisselles...) comme les produits d'accueil Ortigia dans les salles de bain. L'appartement était très propre. Le seul incident: panne d'eau chaude le premier jour mais, nous avons eu un interlocuteur très vite et la panne a été réparée dans la journée alors qu'il s'agissait d'un dimanche. Bref toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour un excellent séjour a Venise, ce qui a été le cas. Merci à tout le staff. Nous reviendrons.

From the time we booked the venue to the moment we arrived the process was excellent. It was great to be offered the opportunity to have a private water taxi. Caterina was very nice and dealt with our queries in a very professional manner. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was also excellent.

Come sempre il nostra soggiorno alla Dimora San Maurizio è stato incantevole. L'unica piccola cosa che voglio segnalare è che il sistema del riscaldamento alla picola camera da letto (quella dove si trovano i due piccoli letti), fa abbastanza rumore nella camera. Per noi non era un problemo perche non l'abbiamo usato. Ma se una famiglia con bambini la usano per dormire, forse il rumore (un rumore che proviene dai tubi) sarà troppo forte per avere una notte tranquilla. Per le altre camere e stanze, tutto va bene e tutto è molto pulito. Grazie a tutta la squadra

I had been hesitant to stay in an apartment while therefore, the Venice film festival because I knew there would be last-minute things I would need help with so I thought a hotel might be best. However, I loved the looks of this apartment so I decided to go for it.It turns out that I got the best of both worlds. Catarina helped at a moments notice whenever we needed anything and the person who greeted us at the apartment was wonderful too.

Your team helping with logistical things like water taxis and whatnot was unprecedented. Communication was unbelievably prompt, even late at night! Wow. And the place was out of this world. In fact I had a hard time leaving the apartment to go roam around Venice since it was so nice to relax in such a beautiful and peaceful place. The location could not have been better. Seconds away from the Ponte Vecchio. And yet so quiet! Definitely the best rental I’ve ever stayed at in all of my travels. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in piazza San Maurizio. It was perfect for my elderly mother with a lift and was close to the vaporetto and water taxi wharf. It was very comfortable and despite the hot weather the air conditioning kept the apartment at a pleasant temperature. Service from the views on Venice team left nothing to chance.

The place is great with a perfect location. We were met at the apartment on arrival and allowed to leave our luggage until check in time. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, chocolate and other goodies when we arrived. Upstairs room was a bit warm but the temperatures in Venice were unusually warm.

Wow! Beautiful apartment, wonderful to have two full suite bedrooms with bathroom inside and elevator straight into the apartment. Views on Venice was wonderful to work with and they arranged our transportation from the train station and to the airport. Excellent service.
