Dinner manager was wonderful, I forget her name but she was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful we called about our room choice prior to the trip and she was so accomodating. Everything was wonderful. Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Loved the room, the coffee maker and refrigerator were so nice to have we appreciated it. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. I would like to give a special thanks to the 2 girls on reception when we arrived on the 27th September 25, they were brilliant throughout are stay, thank you girls. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to sample the restaurant as we were part of a large group and had no control of were we eat, but the menu looked fabulous. We loved staying here, the service we received when we arrived was incredible. The hotel sorted a taxi out for us, from Verona airport. The taxi was waiting for us and dropped us off, to then be picked up by the hotels golf cart and taken directly to the door. Incredible!! The view from the balcony was amazing. We did try to do some work from here, so it was a bit tricky not having a chair for the desk, but cannot complain. This hotel isn't for working from. Staff were all so friendly and we loved the half-board options - so much to choose and eat. Thank you!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Hotel del Porto. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass das neue Team freundlicher und die Küche noch besser wurde. Ein Lob dafür. Mit einer hoffentlich bald neuen Zimmereinrichtung/Renovierung ein super Hotel. Ansonsten waren wir sehe zufrieden Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Das Hotel del Porto in Torri del Benaco hat uns rundum begeistert. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist traumhaft, das Design stilvoll und die Zimmer sehr komfortabel – viele mit Seeblick. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und herzlich zur Stelle war. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee war jeden Morgen ein Genuss. Ob für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder entspannte Urlaubstage: Dieses Hotel ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp und wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Everyone was very pleasant from the very beginning to the very end of the stay. The lady who shuttled us from the parking deck was very nice. I apologize, her name has slipped my mind. Another very pleasant experience was with Sabina during the dinner meal. She was diligent in making sure everyone had what they needed and always had a smile while doing so. The breakfast was exquisite as well. I have never had a stay anywhere else as good as this was for me.

We spent 14 days in Italy and this was our favorite stay. It started with Frances who picked us up with a huge smile and greeting. The front desk was awesome. Our wait stuff at dinner was amazing. We had a young waiter , I wish I could remember her name. Long dark hair. She was super super great. Thanks for a great stay
