Hotel Botticelli made the trip. It was close/walking distance to everything we went to Florence to see. The service was top tier and the food was amazing. The room was cleaned every day, one of our favorite restaurants we visited on the trip was recommended by Mohamad, the breakfast and bar options were great, the list goes on and on. We do not have a single complaint about our stay at Hotel Botticelli.

We have been visiting Hotel Botticelli since 2001; as a couple (we first came to Firenze for our honeymoon), with friends (in 2007 and during the weekend of 31 October to 3 November) and with groups of journalists (2020). We do so, as the hotel is ideally located and a charming place to stay. It has never failed us and we intend to return for our 25th wedding anniversary.

We left something in the room's safe, and the hotel contacted us and kept everything safe until we were able to retrieve it. We are very appreciative of that. I also appreciated the boxes of water instead of a plastic bottle.

Our stay in Florence was lovely and, if we visit again, we will come to the Hotel Botticelli. We will recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Florence. Your staff are wonderful, kind, attentive, and patient. After a long day of touristing, it was a pleasant and calm place to which to return. We particularly enjoyed the small balcony on the second floor where we could have a drink and watch the world go by.

Special thanks for taking care of our bags when we arrived before check-in and special thanks after we checked out and learned that our flight had been canceled. We were allowed to sit in the room next to the reception area to figure out what to do and you allowed us to leave our bags for a couple of hours until we were able to take a train. Also, the staff was very solicitous and helped us out.

I had a wonderful stay during my recent trip to Italy! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were spotless and cleaned beautifully each day, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. Truly a great experience — I’d be happy to stay here again on my next trip!

on our recent holiday we stayed in 10 different hotels around Hong Kong, Italy Morocco Spain and China. and we enjoyed yours the best. access was easy, your staff were helpful, breakfast was really nice. we were leaving at 3.30 am in the morning and your staff offered to have something basic for breakfast available for us (although we didn't take up the offer). the only small negative is the bathroom and particularly the shower was very small but that's okay.
