This was a very pleasant resort, everyone was real friendly and helpful from arrival thru checkout. The receptionist personnel were very professsional and even help booked transportation when no transportation company would respond direct to the guest. Wir waren bei einer Hochzeit bei Ihnen im Hotel. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr interessant und spannend. Unsere Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Leider waren nur die vielen Lichtschalter im Zimmer etwas umständlich. Das Bad war sehr schön, das Wasser im Waschbecken ist nicht mehr gut abgelaufen (Zi. 106). Der Pool war sehr schön und es ist eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, sowie das Hochzeits-Abendessen vorzüglich. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit romantischer Umgebung. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und sehr fleißig!

Es ist selten bis gar nicht mehr vorhanden, so eine tolle Anlage zu finden bei der alles, wirklich alles passt. Ganz großes Lob geht an alle Mitarbeiter, die alle immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit sind, das ist selten.

Wir freuen uns immer, wenn wir langjähriges Personal wieder treffen und auch als Gäste wieder erkannt werden. Die Freundlichkeit der meisten Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption ist hervorragend. Danke, dass das Schwimmbad jetzt für Hausgäste ab 8:00 Uhr geöffnet ist.

Wir empfanden diesen Platz als sehr besonders, mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, ein wunderschöner Fleck Erde mit ganz besonderem Flair. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und haben unseren Aufenthalt vollends genossen. Wir fanden es auch beeindruckend, wie gut die Mitarbeiter die deutsche Sprache beherrschen, Vielen Dank und großes Lob an alle!
