We had the most fantastic stay at Villa Cariola. We were expecting something lovely but what we experienced greatly surpassed that! sono venuta lunedì pomeriggio col mio ragazzo per passare una giornata in relax e così è stato. lo staff estremamente gentile, cordiale e accogliente, il posto meraviglioso, prossima volta ci vogliamo passare l’intera giornata e provare il ristorante. le uniche piccole pecche sono la piscina e i bambini. piscina assolutamente meravigliosa, solo che l’acqua era un po fredda quindi farci il bagno non era rilassante a parer mio. ora non so come funzioni il meccanismo, ma se ci fosse una vaga idea su come sistemare la temperatura dell’acqua raggiungerebbe la lode, anche se ve la meritate a prescindere!!! per quanto riguarda i bambini, è OVVIO non può dipendere da voi, ma se si incitassero i genitori a placare le urla in un posto tanto tranquillo come il vostro sarebbe il massimo, soprattutto se appunto ci si vuole rilassare. i miei non vogliono essere critiche o giudizi, solo spunti in veste di ospite per raggiungere il grado massimo che la vostra villa propone. nonostante questi dettagli, ho passato un pomeriggio splendido, gradevole, tranquillo e soprattutto tanto “coccolata” dal sorriso dello staff, che immagino lavori tanto e non sia sempre facile sorridere agli ospiti anche quando si è stanchi (sono animatrice in un villaggio qui in veneto, immagino come ci si sente). scusate se magari la mia grammatica non è perfetta ma sono le 02:17 di notte, appena finite prove per spettacolo… sono abbastanza confusa sulle regole grammaticali in questo momento. chiu do dicendo BRAVI, torneremo sicuramente! grazie mille di tutto. a presto e buon lavoro a tutti.
