2026-07-23

Thank you very much! The management showed extensive hospitality, with lots of tips for a pleasant stay and Nice trips. And helped us pay our parking fine 🤭 on the last day. Also the take-out breakfast (we had to leave early) was highly appreciated

2026-07-22

Valentina and her team are exceptionally professional and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay. During our visit, we encountered an issue when one of the clothes hangers left paint marks on a pair of trousers. Valentina immediately offered to have the trousers cleaned at a local dry cleaner. When this unfortunately did not resolve the problem, she handled the situation promptly and reimbursed us for the damaged item without any unnecessary discussion or inconvenience. Her proactive approach, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction were greatly appreciated and reflect the high standard of service provided by the entire team.

2026-07-15

Valentina gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants, walking tour, beaches to visit and things to do in Lecce. Rose was a unique host for our morning breakfast-a joyful happy person who made us feel special and we are still talking about her stunning homecooked bites!

2026-07-16

Really enjoyed our stay. Special mention for Rose who made us feel so welcome, at home and comfortable and who provided us with the most wonderful breakfast each day.

2026-07-16

2026-07-16

The hostess was so charming and welcoming. She made my visit most relaxing and congenial, when it would have been easy to be intimidated by teh grabndeur. My many thanks to her. The buffet was delightful, i liked the availability of fruits and teh opportunity to taste small portions of things. Sometimes large itens are intimidating. Service wonderful.

2026-01-18

Our experience at Palazzo Lecce Hotel was excellent, largely thanks to Caterina, who was absolutely delightful at all times. From the moment we checked in, she welcomed us warmly, offered us a coffee, and took the time to explain the hotel’s location within the old town. She also provided very helpful recommendations regarding parking and restaurants in the area. A particularly thoughtful detail was her personalized attention: she remembered exactly what we had for breakfast and made sure to offer it to us each morning. Breakfast was outstanding, with special mention to the perfectly prepared poached eggs. Overall, Caterina’s service was impeccable and truly enhanced our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.

2025-10-14

Tout était parfait et très beau, avec un personnel aimable et competent . On peut regretter le manque de places de rangement et une robinetterie bizarre. Mais le Palazzo et son personnel n'y peuvent rien.

The breakfast was really good, also the service and everybody was really nice.
