Sergio, and the other woman whos name I cannot recall (she is Neapolitan and wears glasses) were incredibly helpful and professional. They refused to let me grab my bags despite how heavy they were (I felt guilty!), gave me many suggestions on where to go in Otranto and within Salento/Puglia, and were very accommodating when my wife and I were a little late for breakfast. They were excellent! Overall, the accommodations were amazing, as was the view. Would stay again!

A very beautiful hotel with soul. The breakfast room offers a stunning view of the sea, and dining outside was truly a pleasure, despite the sun and the heat. The receptionist and all the other staff were exceptionally friendly. I almost felt sorry that we stayed in this town—and consequently in this hotel—for only one night. I will definitely return.
