Le personnel (côté accueil-réception comme côté petit déjeuner) est vraiment adorable. Le kit d'hygiène est vraiment trop mignon. Et y avoir inclus un kit de couture avec une aiguille est vraiment une très bonne idée (l'aiguille a été plus qu'utile pour les ampoules aux pieds alors un grand MERCI...) La chambre est très belle, et toujours propre Quand à l'emplacement, nous l'avons trouvé idéal. Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour Merci !!!

Every single staff member was positive, polite, and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Walter (the bar manager), for his excellent company, recommendations, and humour. On our five night stay, we spent the end of most evenings with a final drink at the bar, mostly because of his hospitality. On our first night, he put on some romantic music for us, and turned the fairylights on in the courtyard, and I used the opportunity to propose to my partner. Thank you for being a memorable part of our wedding story!

Our stay at Hotel Giorgione was very pleasant. A special thank you to Walter, the barman, who was very professional, accommodating and entertaining when we decided to have a last drink after dinner back at the hotel. He showed us the courtyard area and made the most magnificent Sgroppino for us (explaining the meaning of the drink's name in English). His language skills are exceptional, we heard him speaking fluent French with other customers, and his Italian is not too bad as well! ;)

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Giorgione and would absolutely return. The hotel itself is beautiful — classic Venetian style with an upscale, boutique feel. It’s elegant without feeling stuffy, and the location is perfect. You’re tucked away just enough for it to feel peaceful, but everything is easily walkable. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Francesca and Ricardo at the front desk were incredible. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel immediately at home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and so generous with their time — helping us navigate the streets of Venice, offering thoughtful recommendations, and even sharing personal stories that made the experience feel authentic and special. In a city that can feel overwhelming at first, they made everything seamless. Walter at the bar was just as wonderful. Not only were his drinks fantastic, but he created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere each evening. We genuinely looked forward to stopping by to chat with him — he added so much personality to our stay. Hotel Giorgione strikes that rare balance of being refined and highly professional, while still feeling warm and personal. We left Venice with incredible memories, and the team here played a big part in that. Highly recommend.

Francesca was fabulous at all times and Simon always ready to help! The hotel is wonderfully authentic but also beautifully maintained and decorated. Murano glass lights everywhere, beautiful upholstery and drapes, quality bed linen and tableware. Staff were constantly polishing wood and arranging furniture with care. This was our first time in venice and the welcome we received when arriving at hotel was excellent. The reception staff were excellent helpful with guiding us around the city. The hotel lobby was beautiful decorate and comfortable. The bedroom was spotless and so relaxing and beautiful designed. The breakfast was excellent and the service staff went over and above to facilitate people arriving for breakfast. The menu was high standard and very much appreciated. I have recommended the hotel to freinds who are looking yo travel to vemice on coming months due to the welcome we received during our stay. And the location is brillant for walking to different parts. Pleae advertise this more as it will increase footfall.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the warm attitude of the staff, for the attention (they knew my room number without asking :-) ) The atmosphere was calm and quiet, I felt safe and that's exactly what I needed. On a personal note, I come from Israel, a not particularly quiet area to say the least, with you I managed to feel that things were normal, Sensible , that there was still hope that things would work out Thank you for that.

I have stayed in the Giorgione a least once a year since 2010. I have always been warmly welcomed and any problems or requests for help have been dealt with courteously. It is a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay and I am looking forward to the next opportunity I have to come back. My grand children call it my 'happy place'

Ich möchte mich ganz besonders für den herzlichen Empfang bei der Anreise von Ihrer sehr, sehr netten Rezeptionistin mit den blonden Haaren und Brille (ich weiß leider ihren Namen nicht!) bedanken. Sie war sofort sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Wenn man bei ihr einen Wunsch hatte, wurde dieser sofort!!! erfüllt. Auch Ihr Nacht-Rezeptionist mit blauer Brille war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Er wusste sogar unsere Zimmernummer auswendig und wusste immer ganz genau, was zu tun ist. Ganz lieben Dank von uns allen nochmals!!! Auch das Personal im Frühstücksraum war stets zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn etwas vergriffen am Frühstücksbuffet war, wurde dies sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Es blieben keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Hotel Giorgione gefühlt und werden unseren Aufenthalt in Venedig niemals vergessen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für Alles und ganz bestimmt bis bald! We had the loveliest time at Hotel Giorgione and would recommend without hesitation. What makes it special is the staff and how out of the way they go to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you might have. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the decor is classic and the location is great because it is out of the throngs of tourists. The staff at the front desk are spectacular, Walter at the bar is especially wonderful and the breakfast staff were welcoming, helpful and attentive.

Un grand merci à tout le personnel de la réception qui fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour très agréable. We have stayed at Hotel Giorgione many times over the past 20 years. We have always found the Hotel brilliant in terms of accommodation and breakfasts and we have always found the staff to be wonderful, welcoming and above all patient and tolerant of us oldies who come from Scotland and who sadly do not speak Italian or Venetian language. We enjoyed a 'first' in being met by a member of staff at the taxi drop off in St Apostoli square, which was wonderful as we carrying baggage at our age is now challenging. Many thanks also for the Prosecco delivered to our room on arrival. well, done to all staff especially Albert in the Breakfast Room who is a brilliant ambassador for Hotel Giorgione.

Merci a tout le personnel de l’hôtel de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner pour nous avoir rendu le séjour très agréable , nous a aidé à trouver un très bon restaurant juste à côté et à réserver un taxi bateau . Il était appréciable que la chambre soit calme Qu’il y ait beaucoup de pression dans la douche , ce n’est pas toujours le cas dans les hôtels On sent que l’hôtel a une histoire, un caractère et des valeurs.
