Ihr seid wirklich toll. Ich habe mich schon sehr lange nicht mehr in einem Hotel so wohl gefühlt. Jede Person, vom Front Desk Team, zu den Damen vom Restaurant und dem Herrn von der Bar als auch die Reinigungsdamen sind sehr serviceorientiert und sehr sehr freundlich. Die Damen und der Herr vom Restaurant / von der Bar haben sich wirklich toll um uns gekümmert und wussten morgens sogar noch welchen Kaffee wir am liebsten bestellt haben. Das Essen im Restaurant war wirklich toll - so toll, wir sind gleich gleich 3 mal hingegangen. Meine Schwiegermama war leider bei der Anreise und am 1. Tag krank und auch um sie wurde wirklich toll gekümmert. Kein Wunsch ging nicht in Erfüllung, das Zimmer war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf. Vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihr tolles Engagement, Hospitality und ihr seid ein tolles Team! See you next time :)

Alloggiare presso Villa Balis Crema Verona è stata un’esperienza davvero splendida. La struttura è curata e raffinata, immersa in un contesto panoramico di grande fascino, ideale per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax. Il servizio si è distinto per gentilezza, disponibilità e accoglienza autentica, qualità che fanno davvero la differenza. Un piccolo suggerimento, che vuole essere costruttivo: sarebbe molto gradita la possibilità di introdurre alcune opzioni à la carte per la colazione, magari con qualche piatto caldo preparato al momento - un dettaglio semplice ma capace di elevare ulteriormente l’esperienza complessiva. Unico piccolo rammarico: non essere riusciti a cenare all’Osteria Gazega. Garantire agli ospiti la possibilità di riservare un tavolo direttamente tramite la struttura sarebbe davvero un valore aggiunto molto apprezzato. Sarà un piacere tornare, magari per una permanenza più lunga, e godere ancora di questo luogo così speciale.

Tutti i partecipanti sono rimasti entusiasti sia del posto come pure di tutti i servizi proposti dalla vostra struttura, compresa la locanda dove abbiamo cenato. Nulla è lasciato al caso e un plauso in particolare alla colazione: in tanti anni, raramente mi è capitato di vedere colazioni così varie e di qualità. Anche il bar, seppur non molto rifornito (no Baylis) è stato in grado di soddisfare le nostre richieste con grande simpatia e professionalità. Non mancherò di tornare a trovarvi e di fare pubblicità. Siete davvero bravi.

Die Dusche war ein echtes Highlight – modern, grosszügig und sehr angenehm. Die Zufahrt zum Dorf erfolgt hinter dem Hotel; der gelegentliche Verkehr ist jedoch kaum wahrnehmbar und hat uns keineswegs gestört. Der Pool- und Wellnessbereich ist perfekt zur atemberaubenden Aussicht ausgerichtet – einfach traumhaft schön! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine Unterkunft, die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Dear Mr Sideri, It was such a pleasure to be a guest in Villa Balis Crema. You enter the Villa and you feel well and at home from the very beginning. You are welcomed by your exceptionally nice personell. Not only the receptionists were pleasant and nice, also waiters and room staff. Villa Balis Crema is restaurated with cosy elements, the rooms are modern and have a lot of wooden elements which spread a very positive atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable, too. As I personally like to swim very early in the mornings and evenings, I enjoyed your pool a lot. One of our wedding guests with a two year-old child had your garden room with jaccuzi. They told me that they never before had such a great hotel room. They loved the big panorama windows with the lovely view towards the valley with the vineyards. The breakfast buffet was very good. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il nostro soggiorno presso Villa Balis: dall'accoglienza al Check-in, la prima colazione e la cena. In particolare ci teniamo ringraziare Desiré per l'assistenza offertaci quando, al momento del check-out, ci siamo accorti che avevamo smarrito la chiave dell'automobile. Desiré si è subito attivata aiutandoci nella ricerca in tutto il resort. Quando finalmente abbiamo trovato la chiave, abbiamo chiesto un consiglio per un ristorante nella zona di Garda: anche qui Desiré ci ha subito proposto un ottimo ristorante a Peschiera del Garda in cui ci siamo trovati benissimo. Grazie ancora a Desiré ed a tutto lo staff di Villa Balis !
