All of your staff are a credit to you and made us feel so welcome at all times- from check in, to breakfast and help with our questions, nothing was too much trouble and even during busy times we were always given full attention. Your hotel and Venice exceeded all expectations and I can’t wait to visit again - I will certainly be recommending you to everyone! First class all round!

This is our third visit to Venice, and our third stay in Ca' Pisani. We haven’t stayed anywhere else. I love the design aspect and, importantly, I love how comfortable this hotel is and the location. For this trip we had completed a 6 day hike from Ljubljana to Trieste. We had 3 days in Trieste and needed a night in Venice is it was our nearest airport to fly home. I added an extra night because, well Venice! But also because I knew we needed some downtime and I knew we’d get it at Ca' Pisani. The beds are super comfortable, the black out blinds allowed as decent sleep ins (slept through to nearly 11am both days- exactly what we wanted/needed). Of course we enjoyed Venice, but we also enjoyed our rest! We will return- again.

2026-08-12

All staff were so friendly and accomadating. John really went above and beyond for us 3, we really appreciate all the hard work done by the staff!

2026-08-02

Qualité du restaurant et service adorable!!

2026-08-02

Thank you very much for an excellent stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly to the hotel, and invited to relax and enjoy the amenities. I was invited to use late checkout, and they even allowed me to keep my room a little longer so I could return to refresh before departing for the rest of my journey. These extra touches went a long way to making a memorable stay, and I was very grateful for the chance to refresh as Venice was very hot during my visit, and cooling off at the hotel was very welcome. Grazie mille!

2026-07-31

Personnel très agréable avec une mention spéciale pour Brian qui nous a accueilli et conseillé. MERCI à toute l'équipe !

2026-07-31

Wonderful service by all the staff. We were there for a long weekend to celebrate carnavale and a friends 50th birthday. The staff helped coordinate every aspect and was their to answer every question. They kept breakfast open longer for us in certain days. On the day I arrived they organized a sandwich for room service even though the kitchen had closed. It was absolutely what I needed! All of the water taxis they helped organize was so helpful. I LOVED the rooms - the blackout was so INCREDIBLE I got some of my best sleep in months.

2025-12-13

Due to the inconvenience with the strike on Dec. 12th a late checkout has been offered to us. The front desk manager organized the water taxi transfer as well, which worked perfectly. All was done gracefully and without us having to ask for it. Thanks for that. As a guest one feels looked after perfectly at such circumstances.

2025-12-10

I have been working with Filippo and Sara to plan my 50th birthday party next Feb and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They have been able to accomodate all my requests, always come well prepared with ideas, and I am really looking forward to my next stay at the property and I am sure that my guests will enjoy it too. I was also impressed with the friendliness of all the staff that I met at the hotel. I also appreciate the design elements of the property and the comfort of the room.

2025-11-25

Très bel établissement et une super équipe . Nous reviendrons

We absolutely loved your hotel. Every staff person we interacted with was so helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable (a little loud, being on the first floor, but so spacious and pretty). And our dog was treated like a valued guest. Thank you! We hope to return in the spring.

Thank you!

2025-11-13

Excellent stay. Your staff is so helpful and accommodating. I was allowed to use my room the day of check-out until 14:00. That was above and beyond. Also, I loved having a bath. Few hotels have them in Italy.

2025-11-11

Très bon accueil

2025-11-11

We loved your hotel , staff , decor and location. We appreciated the taxi to Murano.

2025-11-11

Thank you for a magical stay in Venice

2025-11-09

I was impressed with the way your management handled a room difficulty for us. When we checked in, we were given room 1. The room was lovely; however, it was not suitable for my elderly husband, as it had a raised platform for the bed. When I explained this issue to the manager, he immediately moved us to a more suitable, equally good room.

2025-11-09

Congratulations for the kind, helpfull and friendly personal on all levels.

2025-11-08

Please send our gratitude to Brian for excellent service. He was so friendly and very helpful with advice to get around Venice and get to the airport. Also thank you for the breakfast/ restaurant staff preparing us food to go on our day of departure 🙏🙏🙏🙏

2025-10-13

The best two nights ever! Nicest staff from Brian and manager, to bell man, morning breakfast server, bartender (who showed me where to eat also) were the best! I will definitely recommend this to everyone and plan on going back and stay at this beautiful hotel and its A1 staff soon! Thank you.

2025-10-13

Bryan and his crew provided the best service from start to finish. They were attentive to all our needs and recommended the great places and actually walked us to a couple of locations. Breakfast server, bartender, desk manager and housekeeping all 5 star! Thank you. Patrick Beatty

2025-10-11

Thanks for a great stay!

2025-10-10

We loved the location of this beautiful hotel and found the furnishings in the room and common areas inviting and relaxing. I am uncertain of the capacity at the time we stayed, but we found the hotel to be beautifully quiet. The hotel staff was amazing- always patiently helpful with every question and made sure to greet us as we left and entered the hotel. The cleaning service was very aware of our departures and worked around us to assure a clean room without disturbance. The breakfast staff was attentive and prompt. While the hotel was all we hoped for, the staff assured our stay was an amazing experience.

The rooms were clean and well tended with the turndown service. Thank you very much to all the staff for making our time in Venice so pleasant and enjoyable. Would definitely return!
