Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Einen großen Anteil haben daran Ihre Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen, die eine tolle Arbeit leisten und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Auch bei dem sehr heißen und sonnigen Wetter, das wir genießen konnten. Gefreut haben wir uns auch über die allmorgendliche und abendliche Begrüßung zum Frühstück und zum Abendbrot. Wir bedanken uns nochmals recht herzlich und wünschen alles Gute für die Zukunft. Es ist durchaus möglich, dass wir vielleicht mit unseren Kindern und Enkeln nochmal in Ohr kleines und reizendes Hotel zurückkehren.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti. Posso dire che la camera, pur non essendo molto grande, godeva di un affaccio sul mare bellissimo. Migliorerei l'impianto di aria condizionato che, a mio avviso, non funzionava benissimo. Un pò datato anche l'ascensore e il momento dello stop era sempre da brividi. Per il resto nulla da segnalare. Il bagnino molto gentile e disponibile, servizio bar sempre presente e cordiale (panino con i calamaretti eccezionale), tutto il personale molto disponibile ed accogliente. Mi permetto una menzione speciale, ma senza che che ciò voglia dire nulla di negativo sugli altri, per la signora della colazione addetta ai pancake, in grado di unire gentilezza ed allegria. Il ricordo della colazione sul vostro terrazzo sarà indimenticabile !!!

Par contre, une personne de la chambre à côté fumait sur sa terrasse et nous sentions la fumée dans notre chambre si la terrasse était ouverte. Ce n'est arrivé qu'une ou deux fois et donc pas grave du tout. Douche super et bien détartrée et lit confortable.

I think the name of the guy was Lorenzo, he is managing the restaurant service. He is amazing, super polite and professional. In the breakfast, the lady preparing pancakes and eggs is super sweet and professional. She was very kind and friendly whit us and our dog.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hotel Golfo e palme ! Diano Marina ne devait être qu'une étape avant de parcourir la ligurie, car nous ne voulions pas séjourner au mois d'aôut dans une station balnéaire. Seulement voilà, la situation géographique de l'hotel (dans une rue calme à l'écart du centre ville mais en front de mer), l'accueil chaleureux et attentif du personnel, la plage tranquille et la terrasse exceptionnelle de l'hotel, nous ont tellement plu que jour après jour nous avons prolongé notre séjour... Aussi, votre établissement nous a permis de profiter du repos attendu ! MERCI !
