I was lucky enough to stay here for the DUCO Italy conference and absolutely loved my stay. Thank you for putting me in a beautiful suite! It was a very busy week with late nights of work after all of the DUCO festivities and I was so lucky to have so much space in my room, because I spent a lot of time in it. I slept wonderfully in my comfortable bed, it was super quiet and tranquil, and the balcony was lovely for morning coffee with the sun shining. All of the staff were exceptional and I really felt like a celebrity every time I walked in and was greeted by the doormen. They were all wonderful, but Seke and Jeremy were particularly helpful. I think this is a fantastic new property, and as someone who lives in a big city, I loved feeling like I was in an actual Milan neighborhood and not in the tourist city center. Thank you!

I found all the staff to be exceptional. I had many pleasant exchanges with Tuta prior to my stay and everything was arranged perfectly. The reception team was lovely and helpful with suggestions for dining and arranging car transport to the airport. My daughter and I had many fantastic breakfasts in the hotel. I would love to stay again when I return to Milan. I would recommend the hotel with no hesitation.

Fantastic service from initial moment we walked in. The Concierge was very helpful with our luggage and the front desk was quite welcoming. The rooms were very well decorated and quite cozy and clean. Room service was spectacular during each night of our stay. We loved every day we stayed!
