Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Ihnen verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, sei es im Service, an der Rezeption oder bei der Zimmerreinigung - wir haben uns immer willkommen gefühlt. Die Dachterrasse und der Sky-Pool sind einzigartig. Wir fanden es überaus nett, dass sich Giuseppe Tonelli immer Zeit für einen Gruß oder ein Gespräch genommen hat. Danke an Sie alle für die schöne Zeit.

Ein hervorragender Urlaub. Leider konnte ich noch nicht direkt für das kommende Jahr erneut buchen, da noch keine Preise zur Verfügung standen, mir wurde jedoch für Oktober zugesichert das ich per Mail angeschrieben werde. Großes Lob an das ganze Team, ein perfekter Urlaub.

Sehr positiv zu bemerken dass viele Angestellte aus dem Vorjahr noch beschäftigt sind und weiterhin einen sehr guten Job machen. Vor allem Massimo, Maître d’hôtel, ist eine Bereicherung für die Gäste.

Es war wunderschön, zum zweiten Mal Gast Ihres Hauses zu sein. Die Gastronomie und Atmosphäre ist einzigartig- wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Personenwaage im Badezimmer ist eine tolle Idee!

Thank you for an Excellent stay which was our first time visiting. We found all staff very polite, friendly, helpful and professional and should we visit Riva Del Garda again in the future we would look to come back to the Kristal Palace.

Please convey our heartfelt and most sincere thanks to the whole team at Kristal Palace. We spent the most wonderful 11 days here last week and cannot fault a thing. The chef needs to be congratulated on his outstanding menu which was complimented hugely by the kindness & attentiveness of the staff working in the restaurant. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, The cleanliness of the hotel , pool and room service was outstanding, we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for making it a special holiday for us ! Thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Everyone was professional and courteous and nothing was any trouble. This promotes a really nice atmosphere and enhanced what was already a wonderful holiday. little touches like the welcome cakes and wine were really appreciated.
