Alliseo, the food service manger, was excellent! He works very hard and is so pleasant. The woman who checked us in and gave us the tour. I cannot remember her name!!! Just lovely!

I just love this hotel. I love how small it is and how friendly the staff are. Nothing is too much. Being able to communicate by WhatsApp is great. The view is outstanding and unbeatable. Also the quiet can’t be beat. Just the best.

Concierge was always available by WhatsApp or at front desk and was helpful in getting reservations and shuttle service. Laura was friendly and remembered us and had many good suggestions. Turn down cleaning service was great giving us clean towels and toilet tissues but not refilling the soaps.

Enjoyed our stay and particularly appreciated the staff’s attentiveness. We had been promised a king bedded room but got a large double bed. One side of the bed was hard to get to due to the bed’s positioning.

Thank you for a wonderful stay for our honeymoon! We had the best time and it was so special to stay in a small boutique hotel where everyone knew who we were and we received such personalized service. The food was 10/10 some of the best we had on our entire trip. We hope to return!!

Ci siamo sentiti coccolati già prima di mettere i piedi nella struttura. Abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo la velocità e l'accuratezza delle informazioni fornite dalla reception tramite WhatsApp, ogni richiesta soddisfatta in pochissimi secondi. Vogliamo ringraziare tutto lo staff, la reception ancora, i cordialissimi autisti delle navette, l'operatrice del centro benessere, il maître, l'impareggiabile chef presto stellato, il servizio in camera, il barman praianese e soprattutto la Sig. Sartori, impareggiabile padrona di casa, che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere personalmente, che ci ha raccontato la storia di questo sogno affacciato sul mare e che coordina questo bellissimo team che ci ha fatto respirare la vera accoglienza della costiera e ha reso indimenticabile il nostro venticinquesimo anniversario a cinque stelle. Thank you to the wonderful Hotel Piccolo Sant Andrea team, our third visit and we again had a wonderful stay at your beautiful property. I am completely impressed with the property facilities, service, wonderful breakfast and shuttle service (a big thank you to the shuttle driver also). Thank you again and I look forward to visiting again soon. We also loved and appreciated our shower, especially when washing our hair - this is a great addition :)

We simply asked if there was a coffee machine in the room, to which the answer was no. No less than five minutes later, management had take the initiative to bring one to us in our room! We were highly impressed with the staff, management, facilities and wish our stay could've been even longer~ what an incredible value and beautiful property!
