Il Santa Lucia riesce a coniugare il giusto livello di "lusso" con un'atmosfera di semplicità e calorosa - senza essere troppo confidenziale - accoglienza. Eccellente il servizio garage/car valet, ad un giusto prezzo. Squisita anche la cortesia/disponibilità di tutto, proprio tutto, il personale. Dopo anni di frequentazione per lavoro e per turismo del sempre ottimo "Vesuvio" , non ho dubbi sul fatto che anche per il futuro i miei soggiorni a Napoli saranno al "Santa Lucia", il cui rapporto prezzo/qualità è, a mio giudizio, semplicemente imbattibile.

All'arrivo personale simpatico e scherozo ma molto cortese. La livrea del personale dà un senso di ordine ed eleganza raro. Il presepe all'ingresso è stata una bellissima sorpresa, mi ha colpito molto il fatto che fosse un Ferrigno originale. È molto bello che un'hotel investa in opere d'arte di maestri del territorio. La camera era perfetta. Ho apprezzato molto che tutti gli accessori (pantofole, shampoo ecc) fossero già presenti senza doverli richiedere alla reception o, peggio ancora, scannerizzando dei qr code e ordinandoli su un sito, come fanno adesso altri hotel con la scusa dell'ecologia. Degli arredi in particolare mi sono piaciuti molto gli accessori per la scrittura in pelle come il sottomano e il porta taccuino. Sono proprio un tocco di classe in più. Colazione molto piacevole, non so se sia effetivamente così, ma l'impressione era che fosse stato preparato tutto all'interno dell'hotel. Infine, almeno per quel poco tempo che ci ho passato, gli spazi comuni erano tenuti in maniera impeccabile. In particolar modo il bagno, che non è scontato. Grazie mille per l'esperienza.

Mario was very efficient, friendly, and fast, which is always helpful as an international traveler (ie, getting my bags quickly, hailing a cab quickly) etc. Also, the risotto was perhaps the best I've ever eaten in my life. All and all our stay was fine. Perhaps average, but the shortcomings mentioned above prevented our stay from being exceptional, which I think hotels of your caliber should strive for. I think more focus on customer satisfaction would be recommended with paying attention to details being of utmost importance. When we arrived, there were four people behind the front desk yet they could not break a €50 Bill into smaller euros. Ridiculous. The chef was able to make a special dish for our traveling companions, which was great and the ability to do that was truly exceptional. Compliments to the chef! No coffee in the morning as we departed at 6:00 AM or no Nespresso machine in room for a hotel striving to be in the top echelon is inexcusable.

The desk discovered the correct words in Italian for what I needed, called the pharmacist to clarify, wrote a note in Italian, sent the bell gentleman to assure that things worked out. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you. Later that day I went to the bar and the maitre'di brought me everything I needed for a cold:hot pea soup, hot tea, fresh squeezed orange juice.
