Also very difficult to get a Taxi back from San Teodoro - would be nice if the Hotel could operate perhaps a 10pm pick up for residents (to be booked) Have to say all the staff were superb - please also to mention the shuttle bus driver, the bin men and cleaners who all smiled too - well done to the management - looked like a very happy team - I loved my stay

Ringrazio chi ha deciso l'assegnazione della camera 702, ottima, grande, comoda e strategica. Inizialmente ci era stata assegnata la 511 mi pare, ma non ho avuto modo di vederla, perchè nonostante il check in previsto dalle 15, quando mi sono recato alle 15.30 per chiedere se fosse pronta, mi è stato risposto che non era possibile sapere quando potesse essere utilizzabile. Avendo due bambini piccoli ed essendo in viaggio dal pomeriggio del giorno prima...ho chiesto una previsione proprio per poterci sistemare e riprendere ed il ragazzo presente ha fatto il possibile, si è attivato per risolvere velocemente e ci ha assegnato in 2 minuti la nuova camera. Vero che, nostra "colpa", ci siamo presentati alle 10, arrivando presto col traghetto, ma voi siete stati splendidi a poter farci utilizzare comunque tutti i servizi. Non volevamo essere nè insistenti nè antipatici...

There is not a thing we can fault, from Check In to Check Out 7 days later. Thanks you for making our very much needed break wonderful and an extra thank you for the room upgrade. The advise and suggestions from the Reception Team on the best beaches close by to visit as well as the Boat excursions out of Porto San Paolo made out days out extra special. We also want to make a mention to the fantastic team in eh Restaurant, the staff were all friendly and attentive. The food was wonderfully fresh and delicious.

Merci, nous avons passé un très beau séjour d’une semaine à Grande Baia Resort & Spa. À part la plage (trop de galets), un problème de chasse d’eau dans les toilettes pendant 24h, une panne de climatisation et une panne électrique générale, nous ne pouvons pas nous plaindre 😉

Camera comoda , letto strepitoso in cui abbiamo dormito con i nostri due bambini super comodi…Signore delle pulizie dolcissime e bravissime. La colazione a buffet ci ha regalato dolcissimi risvegli… pancake buonissimi! E personale di sala attento, gentile e simpaticissimo. Il servizio navetta per la spiaggia utilissimo per noi che avevamo bambini piccoli… l’autista Nelson è stato sempre gentile e attento aiutandomi con la carrozzina!!! La spiaggia bellissima, mare meraviglioso, piccola con lettini e ombrelloni e con dei bagnini fantastici… un ringraziamento speciale ad Andrea per l’educazione, la simpatia e la professionalità’ Torniamo a casa con il cuore pieno e aspettiamo l’apertura delle prenotazioni per il 2027! The staff we interacted with were charming and caring - especially attentive when my pregnant wife was unwell on our first day- they could not have done more - thank you. Following a hospital stay for 6 hours - she is back to full heath.

Alles super, schön wäre noch eine Möglichkeit um Wäsche zu trocknen auf der Veranda, zwecks Leine oder kleiner Wäscheständer. Platz ist dafür genug.☺️
