Absolutely great customer service! Did not get his name but the gentleman on the Nightshift was so kind to us and very accommodating. Making sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we had our breakfast to take with us and a coffee before our departure at 7:20am. He was amazing!

2026-10-08

A very friendly team that are a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Always a smile whenever you had contact, but never intrusive. Just a shame it's location is a tad too far from the centre and no taxi available without booking 24jrs ahead.

2026-10-08

2026-10-05

Your reception staff are fantastic. They helped in many ways, but especially helped us to rearrange our booking with the Thermal Spa after we made a mistake and missed our appointment. I didn't catch the ladies name, but she was so helpful in calling the spa and persuading them to allow us to rebook our appointment, even though it was totally a mistake from our side. We really appreciated the assistance. Thank you.

We had a lovely time at your hotel, the staff were pleasant , engaging and welcoming.

2026-08-29

We would especially like to acknowledge Micol, who cared for us so well on arrival. My wife had some concerns about mobility and the location of the hotel. Micol listened sympathetically and was very helpful, meaning that we stayed at the hotel rather than choosing to move elsewhere. She also checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure that we were OK, which we appreciated very much. The breakfast staff also worked very hard.

2026-08-09

This was our first time in Italy and booking this hotel was a last minute decision but I am so glad I made the booking. The staff were really kind, always ready to help my daughter and I and always pleasant. The room, common areas and pool were always very clean, great breakfast, spa services included in booking and really really ideal location whether you’re driving or relying on other means of transportation. The promenade is a 7 min walk max down the road, with lots of restaurants, a cute little beach and things to do explore. The ferry port is also along the promenade for easy day trips along the lake. A great base and hotel choice if you’re visiting lake Garda. Thanks to the entire team from my mini and I!

2026-08-09

We would like to thank all the staff that made our stay so welcoming. All the team were very friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. We would definitely recommend staying in Hotel Palazzo del Garda for a relaxing holiday. The hotel has a beautiful pool area, excellent breakfast every morning, has a high standard of cleanliness and above all excellent customer service. A special thanks to Khalaf the night manager who looked after us so well.

2026-08-11

2026-08-03

To the member of staff whose name I cannot remember but she was on duty when I arrived on Friday 24th July afternoon. She was the most helpful and delightful of the staff , helping us to arrange a dinner reservation for that night and clarifying why another restaurant in Venice had cancelled our reservation 2 nights later. Model employee...please take good care of her

Had a lovely holiday in your hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

2026-07-02

Whilst the hotel is adequate our room (200) required some attention. The sink plug did'nt work, the shower door didnt close correctly and the safe was not working without a key. Otherwise our stay was fine but the small issues spoilt the experience.

2026-07-02

Very friendly and prompt service

2026-06-29

Come sempre cordialità e pulizia garantiti! Colazione ottima e vastissima!

2026-06-29

The concierge at reception early on our departure morning was extremely friendly and helpful with heating baby bottles etc for our young family

2026-06-30

Khalaf, the night manager, was absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. He was always incredibly helpful, greeted everyone with a genuine smile, and was consistently cheerful. As Scotland fans, we were watching matches at some very unusual hours because of the kick-off times, but Khalaf was always kind, accommodating, and happy to help, no matter the time of day or night. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we hope his hard work and dedication are recognised. I would also like to thank the man who served at breakfast and at the bar. I am unsure of his name but he was also very friendly and extremely helpful to us. His service was consistently excellent and really added to our positive experience.

2026-06-30

2026-06-25

2026-06-01

Thank you to the staff for your kindness throughout our stay. We felt so cared for and Jessica in particular went above and beyond to help us out when we needed transportation to and from the hospital, even picking us up herself when it wasn’t possible to arrange a taxi. The service was outstanding.

2026-05-31

The staff and manager were exemplary and went above and beyond for myself and my friends. My friend had an injured knee from a bike wreck earlier that day and the staff helped us with getting a taxi to the hospital, and the manager even went and picked them up from the emergency room to bring them back to the hotel after they were done because they couldn't get a taxi. This was such a wonderful experience in every way, would rate 11 out of 10.

Ci siamo sentite a casa.

The front desk staff were lovely and helpful. They provided us with plenty of amazing information about where to visit. We loved every stop they suggested! Many thanks to those wonderful ladies - management is fortunate to have them. Also, really appreciated the excellent breakfast and lady working in the dining room. Thank you!
