We came back to your hotel after staying last May and absolutely loving it - particularly how warm and welcoming all of your staff were. Unfortunately this year there was a new member of staff that made us quite uncomfortable on a number of occasions. He seemed to take enjoyment out of this. Simply put, Labib is in the wrong industry. We will be returning to Lake Garda annually, and your hotel would have always been unquestionably the hotel where we stayed. However, after feeling uncomfortable on each encounter with Labib I don’t feel we will return to Sky Pool Hotel. Please note that the rest of your staff are warm, welcoming and a joy to encounter.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand, aber die Promenade, Restaurants und die Altstadt von Garda sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gefallen haben uns das ausgezeichnete Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen sowie das vielfältige und hochwertige Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und die großzügige Dusche war ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal war freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

There should be a downstairs bar and comfortable furniture as sitting at the upstairs open bar area is too cold at night, a lot of people went out for a drink so you are losing money by not doing this. Hello, Following some somewhat negative comments about certain aspects of the hotel and to reassure future clients: 1. I had no problem with parking and I have a VW Tiguan, which is not a small car; of course, it's a bit tight but with a few maneuvers, there was no problems. 2. As for the restaurant, I was completely satisfied with the quality and quantity, with impeccable service. I had the panorama room which was very beautiful and the view was exceptional. The team we interact with everyday is what makes Sole Garda Sky Pool great. Angela’s breakfast smile every morning (and bringing our daughter a hot gluten free croissant every day), Max at the front desk with his charming personality and great Garda insights, Fabio and Andrea at the Sky pool Bar crafting great cocktails and late afternoon snacks and the lovely cleaning team who had to deal with our three teenagers in a different room which requires extra special attention. The location is great and the accommodations what you’d expect - but it’s the people that make it extra special. This is a place you won’t forget.
