There was a lovely woman at the front desk with reddish hair who was kind, helpful and went out of her way to make my stay just as I wanted. She went out of her way to find a vase for flowers I had purchased from the market. The restaurant wouldn't let me borrow even a "glass" to put the flowers in, but she found a beautiful vase for me. I appreciated her willingness to go a little bit further1

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful- they went out of their way to help us with reservations for dinner (cancelled one and made a new one). The reason this was so helpful is the language barrier we had as we do not speak Italian! This is very much appreciated and would be one of the reasons we will share our experience with friends and family. Please thank them for us!! I truly believe that institutions become meaningful through the people who represent them. The blonde lady with short hair working the daytime shift at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. From the very first moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome. We arrived a bit earlier on the first day, and as soon as our room was ready, she immediately checked us in and assisted us with a warm smile. Even that short rest felt incredibly refreshing, as if we had been recharged. All the hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented. Thanks to this sincere and warm atmosphere, I genuinely felt at home. If I ever visit this area again, I would definitely choose to stay here without hesitation. Thank you for everything!

I emailed before our stay asking for a larger sea view room to celebrate my husbands 70th which was in March. We were given room 103 with the most beautiful view and large balcony. We spent quite a few hours relaxing on the sun loungers after touring Venice and Verona. We are so grateful to everyone involved. We really appreciate your help and the room absolutely gave us the best stay in Rapallo. Thank you once again
