Thank you to Massi for doing everything to try and get a softer pillow. I am surprised that this was such a problem. I'm sure I'm not the only guest who has asked for a much less firm pillow. But I did appreciate the lengths that Massi went to to help find a solution. Thank you

Thank you for a lovely stay. I really appreciated the home grown fruit and homemade jam at breakfast. Drinking spring water fresh from the tap was also a real treat.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Dorgali dans votre hôtel. L'hôtel est beau et bien décoré. L'ambiance est sympathique. Le personnel est aimable et à disposition des clients. Le service room des chambres est parfait. Merci également pour la réactivité lors du problème de clim et du changement de chambre.

Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale, l’upgrade gentilmente offerto, la colazione da asporto preparata per noi e, più in generale, la cura dimostrata verso le esigenze degli ospiti. Sono stati proprio questi gesti, non scontati, a farci sentire davvero accolti. Complimenti per la gestione della struttura e per aver creato un ambiente così piacevole e attento al cliente. Des attentions très appréciées, des conseils judicieux, une aide à la traduction, une tolérance sur l'heure de libération de la chambre en attendant le taxi, bref, une attitude largement au-delà de ce qu'on attend habituellement. Very friendly, hard working & welcoming staff. Prompt reply to email inquiries. We liked the layout of the hotel and of course the views, a very relaxing atmosphere. We liked that it was run by a family and not a big corporate chain. The food at breakfast and dinner was good, . We liked that there was plenty of vegetables or salad served with the evening meal. We were on a walking holiday and the lunch rolls & focaccia were very generous and different fillings every day. We did not go hungry ! We enjoyed the upgraded room with a view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable especially after all the walking
