Both evening and morning receptionist were great, very helpful and friendly, made sure our car was at the right parking area at the underground car park at the grand hotel. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and that was amazing, great choice and great food … the waiters were very attentive, helpful and friendly …. Just a great stay at a wonderful hotel all round

I stayed for 2 full weeks at the hotel, so I know what I am talking about. I am very satisfied about my stay at the hotel. All the staff was very friendly and efficient. Special thanks for housekeeping staff. They did a perfect job. Everything was very clean every day. And the consumables were replenished correctly every single day. Job well done. The first two guys I encountered were great! I wish I could remember their names. First guy was flagged down by my taxi driver and helped me get to the hotel and my luggage into the hotel. Then his colleague at reception checked me in and talked about San Marino and the hotel. Both were first rate!

Tanto el personal de recepción que se encontraba esos días como el personal del restaurante para el desayuno fueron muy atentos, dando un trato excelente tanto a mi como a mi madre y hermana, sin poner problemas en nada. La calidad de la comida, la limpieza y el servicio fue excepcional. Lo único que echamos en falta fue poder ver algo por la ventana, si vuelvo a San Marino seguro que repito el hotel.

I had fantastic stay. All staff we incredibly helpful and polite. I was pleased with the seeds/nuts/fruit and yogurt available at breakfast - healthy options are great! Two small complaints. The beds are the most comfortable, although I slept reasonably well, a double bed which consists of two singles pushed together isn’t the most comfortable. Also virtual no WiFi signal in my room. All that said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Our family had a great time staying at Titano hotel. We really appreciated its location, cleanliness and ambiance being inside a beautiful old building. Also, getting 10% discount at the Loggia was a nice bonus (we used it). But the best thing about Titano hotel was its staff: everyone from the young girl and the gentleman on the front desk to the gentleman who drove us and luggage back to our car in parking lot 6 were super helpful, polite and pleasant to deal with. The guys that were in the reception desk that could speak Portuguese was really nice with us. He was really interested to help us giving good advices in the city. Thanks a lot!

Un véritable surprise dans un cadre magnifique. Restaurant et personnel sympa et professionnel. Le menu dégustation erroire était très bon sans compter la qualité du vin déguster. Petit déjeuner très bien , juste petit regret pour l accueil qui n a fait aucun effort pour parler tout petit peu français. Résite son discourt en anglais que l on comprenne ou pas dommage.

This was our 1st time in San Marino, the gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information regarding the sights of the city. The hotel stay was fantastic and we wish we could of stayed longer as there was still so much to see of San Marino. Thank you so much for making our first trip to San Marino amazing and unforgettable, we hope to be back again some day.
