MILAN SUITE HOTEL

2026-09-27

Wonderful kind and informative staff members on chekc in desk. Great with recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. The only negative was the bathroom sink had mildew and discolouration around the plug and could have done with a more thorough clean.

2026-09-27

Entrance looks a bit cluttered with the check in desk just being a table.

2026-09-26

Would have been good to know about the roadworks prior to arrival

2026-09-25

AC in the room didn’t get too cold

2026-09-22

The best hotel we used on our two week trip in Italy regardless of price. Staff was wonderful, room was perfect and immaculate. All needed supplies were in the room and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Milan.

2026-09-22

complimenti al personale molto gentile e disponibie

2026-09-18

2026-09-16

Very warm welcome

2026-09-11

The only direct public transport next to the Hotel is Bus 57 which takes a long time to city center.

2026-09-07

Positives- staff could not do enough to help us and were friendly but professional. Service was excellent . Great breakfast Negatives - shower was tepid at best and not strong jet. Would have appreciated at least 1 English TV channel. Dirty duster left in room.

2026-09-06

2026-07-19

Staff e servizio impeccabili.

2026-07-17

La dimensione della camera è l’arredo

2026-07-12

I appreciate how quickly the staff responded when the issue occurred.

2026-07-08

2026-07-05

2026-06-04

Valentina was exceptional, after a hectic travel day with my mom that’s battling cancer, how her and the team was so welcoming and helpful calmed my spirit. I thank God for having her there to check us in and to help us . The overall team and everyone we came in contact with was top notch but Valentina, please ensure she never leaves , you need someone like that with her energy, empathy and care to great your guests. This hotel was the best we’ve stayed at in the 2 countries and 5 cities we’ve visited. Bravo to you and your team

2026-04-27

Thank you very much for the upgrade you provided. It was very kind of you. The room was impeccable. If I may, I would just like to point out one detail: the bedside lamp on the left side of the bed (when facing it from the sink area) is not properly fixed, and some electrical wires are visible. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Once again, thank you very much.

2026-04-23

2026-04-21

The staff were amazing, very helpful and approachable, very responsive. Truly the reason we choose hotels over Air BnB.

More options for hot food at breakfast would be my only very small piece of advice

2026-03-12

Tutti molto disponibili e professionali

2026-03-11

Quelques nuisances sonores.

2026-03-10

Ambiente, stile e cortesia del personale

2026-03-02

Gentilezza dello staff colazione e dello staff pulizia

2026-03-02

2026-02-26

There was some moisture damage in the floor/wall in the bathroom by the shower.

2026-02-23

It would be good to have a mirror in the bedroom and not just in the wardrobe I am gluten free and each day the selection became less and less - there is a lovely GF shop nearby so you could offer a wider and more appetising selection
